Official description of the call
First. Object The object of this call is the regulation of the procedure for the granting of subsidies, by the City Council of O Barco de Valdeorras, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at non-profit sports entities that: Are legally constituted for the development of their sporting activity Have their domicile in this municipal area, or that, without having it specifically, are developing their main work through a section located therein. Are developing specific work in the program called Base Sport in the 2023-2024 academic year, understanding as a base the categories from pre-benjamines to cadets (years of birth between 2008 and 2018 both included), to help defray the expenses that the development of this program called "BASE SPORT" is generating during the period between September 1, 2023 and August 31 2024. Second. Beneficiaries The sports entities that have their registered office in the municipality of O Barco de Valdeorras, or without having one, are carrying out their work through a section located in said municipality within a legally constituted sports entity with registered office in another municipal area (must be certified by the Federation corresponding to the sporting modality developed by the entity, that in O Barco de Valdeorras a work is being carried out in the Base by that entity), that carry out work of base in the categories between prebenjamines and cadets (years of birth between 2,008 and 2,018 both included), within the DxT Base Program, launched in the month of September 2,023 by the Department of Sports of the City Council of O Barco de Valdeorras, and that meet the requirements established in the bases. The requirements to request said aid will be: Be legally constituted and adapted as a sports club/association as established in Law 3/2012, of April 2, on Sports of Galicia. Have its registered office in the municipality of O Barco de Valdeorras, or without having it, be carrying out its work through a section located in said municipality within a legally constituted sports entity with registered office in another municipal area (must be certified by the Federation corresponding to the sporting modality developed by the entity, that in Barco de Valdeorras a work is being carried out at the Base by that entity). Regularly carry out your main sports practice in facilities (whether or not you own them), within the municipality of O Barco de Valdeorras. Be up to date with your tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, Regional Treasury, General Treasury of Social Security and the City Council of O Barco de Valdeorras, respectively. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies provided for in article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia, and article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Have duly justified the expenses corresponding to subsidies previously granted by the O Barco de Valdeorras City Council. Carry out basic work in the categories between prebenjamines and cadets (years of birth between 2008 and 2018, both included), within the DxT Base Program, launched in September 2023 by the Sports Department of the O Barco de Valdeorras City Council. Third. Amount The financial allocation of this aid is established for the year 2025 (budget extended from 2024) in the amount of €35,500 in budget application 340/48900 within the available credits. Room. Deadline for submitting applications The non-extendable deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense, through the National Subsidies Database. Fifth. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call that are included in the call itself will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense. Sixth.
