Official description of the call
FIRST.- Beneficiaries: All troupes that are registered and meet the requirements in Resolution No. 2025000521, of 02/18/2025, Call and Specific Rules, under a competitive competition regime, for PRIZES of the “I CHOREOGRAPHIC CONTEST IN DOLORES DE PACHECO”, Carnal Festivals, may take part in the contest. 2025 (preferably in its articles/bases 6th: Participants and 8th: Requirements and conditions of participation). SECOND.- Purpose: This call aims to award various prizes from the I DOLORES DE PACHECO CHOREOGRAPHIC COMPETITION, to promote the promotion and growth of carnival, cultural and tourist activity in the district of Dolores de Pacheco, and by extension, the municipality of Torre-Pacheco, which will be held during the month of March 2025. THIRD.- Regulatory bases: The Call and Specific Bases of the “I CHOREOGRAPHIC COMPETITION IN DOLORES DE PACHECO”, CARNIVAL FESTIVALS YEAR 2025, are regulated by RESOLUTION Nº 2025000521, DE 02/18/2025 of the Delegate Councilor for Finance, Culture and Tourism of the Torre-Pacheco City Council; in accordance with the General Bases contained in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Torre-Pacheco City Council (OGS, published in BORM no. 239, of October 16, 2017); and being a subsidy action provided for in the current Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Torre-Pacheco City Council, approved by Resolution No. 2020000408, of 02/21/2020 and extended in validity by Resolution No. 2023000233, of 01/27/2023; This call contemplates its articles 7º, 23º (Chapter III: Actions that may be subsidized in the Culture and Tourism delegations, under a competitive competition regime, and which will be regulated by their respective general bases, calls and specific bases). The Call and Specific Bases may be consulted in the following publication media and access routes: 1.- Notice board and electronic edicts of the electronic headquarters of the Torre Pacheco City Council: https://sede.torrepacheco.es/ Resolution No. 2025000521 of the Call and Specific Bases will be inserted; as well as the Annexes contained therein for downloading and submitting applications within the established period. 2.- Transparency Portal of the municipal website of the Torre Pacheco City Council (Calls for Aid and Subsidies section): https://transparencia.torrepacheco.es/subvenciones/ 3.- National Subsidies Database (National Subsidies and Public Aid Advertising System) in accordance with the provisions of articles 18 and 20 of the LGS, and which will operate as a national advertising system for subsidies: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias BDNS Registration Code (Identif.): 815542 4.- Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM): publication of the extract of this call, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), which will govern the opening of the deadline for submitting applications for the competition, which will be 7 business days counting from the day following publication in BORM. FOURTH.- Budget item: The maximum amount approved in this call is €2,600.00, charged to budget application 2/3380/2269921 (ARC 3168, dated 02/17/2025), denomination “Carnival Festivals”, of the municipal budget for the financial year 2025. FIFTH.- Application submission deadline: 7 business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the BORM, (article 7 of the call).
