Official description of the call
BDNS: 815640 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the modification of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries: Local entities of La Rioja for the payment of compensation for service to their members and representation expenses. Second. Purpose: To call for the financial year 2025 the aid regulated in Order 8/2014, of November 19, of the Department of Public Works, Local and Territorial Policy, which establishes the regulatory bases for the aid to be received by the local entities of La Rioja, for the payment of compensation for service to their members and representation expenses (Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 145, of November 21, 2014). Third. Regulatory bases: Order 8/2014, of November 19, of the Ministry of Public Works, Local and Territorial Policy, which establishes the regulatory bases of the aid to be received by the local entities of La Rioja for the payment of compensation for reasons of service to their members and representation expenses (BOR no. 145, of November 21, 2014). Room. Amount: The total amount of the call for the year 2025 will be 199,900 euros, which will be allocated to the following items of the budget of the General Directorate of Local Policy and Fight against Depopulation for the year 2025: - 2025/0903.9311.461.05 for the Town Councils, with a credit of 197,100 euros - 2025/0903.9311.463.04 for Minor Local Entities, with a credit of 2,800 euros. The amount of aid to be received by the beneficiary local entities will be determined in accordance with the provisions of article 7 of the Basic Order, within the budgetary availability of each year. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting aid applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of La Rioja of the extract of the call. Sixth. Other information of interest: - Call: The full text of the Call Resolution will be available on the website of the Government of La Rioja - Applications: Applications will be completed in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the Basic Order. The official application form is available through the website of the Government of La Rioja: Subsidies for Protocolary Attentions (larioja.org) - The justification and payment of aid will comply with the provisions of articles 8 and 9 of the Basic Order. - Concession procedure: Direct concession. - Deadlines for submitting the documentation related to the justification: As provided in article 8 of Order 8/2014, of November 19 of the Ministry of Public Works, Local and Territorial Policy, the justifying certifications of the expenses incurred on the aid regulated in this call must be submitted until November 28, 2025.
