ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans First.- Beneficiaries. Local commercial and business associations that are legally constituted and registered prior to the approval of these bases, in the Registry of Associations of the Valencian Community in accordance with Law 14/2008 of November 18 on Associations of the Valencian Community. Second.- Object. The purpose of this agreement is to approve the call to contribute, through the granting of subsidies, to defraying the expenses derived from the programming and organization of commercial promotion activities, commercial revitalization, commercial animation and awareness by associations of businessmen and merchants of Burjassot that are carried out during the year 20250. Third.- General Ordinance Regulating Subsidies. The General Ordinance regulating subsidies is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 105, of May 31, 2024. The maximum amount allocated to these subsidies will be 30,000.00 euros
