Official description of the call
First. Regulatory Bases. Order AGM/83/2024, of November 12, which approves the regulatory bases for granting innovative cooperation subsidies, within the scope of PEPAC 2023-2027. Second. Object. Call for the granting of subsidies for the year 2025 from the aid included in Order AGM/83/2024, of November 12. Third. Beneficiaries. Those included in article 4 of Order AGM/83/2024, of November 12, may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. Room. Amount. The maximum amount of aid to be received will be a maximum of 250,000 euros for the execution of the project. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications, in accordance with the standardized models provided are available in the electronic office of the Government of La Rioja will be 30 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Granting procedure As established in article 9 of Order AGM/83/2024, of November 12, these subsidies will be processed under a competitive competition regime. 3. Documentation and processing of the aid. AGM/83/2024, of November 12, with regard to cost moderation, the provisions of Article 26 of Order AGM/83/2024, of November 12, will be followed at all times. The granting procedure will be processed in accordance with the provisions of CHAPTER II of Order AGM/83/2024, of November 12. the General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock. The body competent to resolve the concession will be the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Affairs and the Environment, except for delegation of powers. 4. Obligations. The beneficiaries will be subject to the obligations established in Article 45 of the Law. 39/2015, of October 1, the granting resolution will be published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, as well as any act prior to it, such as the correction of requests, among others. 6. Justification and payment It will comply with the provisions.
