From the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure by which the aid corresponding to the "YOUNG RENTAL BONUS" is called (2nd Call)

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons of legal age who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this order: a) Possess Spanish nationality or that of one of the Member States of the European Union or, in the case of foreigners from third countries (outside the EU), have legal residence in Spain. b) They are 35 years old or younger on the date of submission of the application. c) Be the owner or be able to sign, as a tenant, a housing lease contract formalized in the terms of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases or, as an assignee, a contract for the transfer of use. In the case of renting a room, it is not required that the formalization be in the terms of Law 29/1994, of November 24. d) Have, at least, a regular source of income that provides annual income that does not exceed the IPREM threshold established in letter e) of this article. e) That the applicants, as well as the members of the cohabitation unit defined in article 2 b), have income equal to or less than 3 times the Public Multiple Effect Income Indicator (IPREM) calculated in accordance with the provisions of article 7. In the case of rental or transfer of use of a room, the income of the cohabitation unit will not be included but only that of the natural person who is the tenant or transferee will be considered. Second. Object. The purpose of this Order is to call, within the territorial scope of the Region of Murcia, aid for young people to access and stay in housing or a room, through the so-called Youth Rental Bonus. Third. Regulatory bases. Title I of Royal Decree 42/2022, of January 18, which regulates the Youth Rental Bonus and the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025 (BOE no. 16, of 01/19/2022). Room. Typology and amount of aid. 1. As long as the requirements established by this order are met, an aid of 250 euros per month will be granted with the limit of the amount of the rental income or the transfer price that must be paid for the rental or transfer of the home or room that constitutes the habitual and permanent domicile of the applicants of the amount of the rental income or the transfer price that must be paid for the rental or transfer of the home or room that constitutes the habitual and permanent domicile of the people. applicants. In the event that there is more than one beneficiary, the amount of aid corresponding to each person will be obtained by dividing the total amount to be granted between them. If the lease contract or transfer of use contract includes annexes or other expenses and the price of each of them is not broken down into the amount to be paid, for the purposes of verifying the maximum limit of the aid, the following criteria will be followed: a) If the contract includes a garage, the rental amount or transfer price will be valued as 80 percent (80%) of the rent to be paid indicated in the contract. b) If the contract includes a storage room, the amount of the rental or transfer price will be valued as 95 percent (95%) of the rent to be paid indicated in the contract. c) If the contract includes a garage and storage room, the rental amount or transfer price will be 75 percent (75%) of the aforementioned amount. d) If the contract includes community or other expenses, the amount of these expenses will be valued as 2 percent (2%) of the rental amount or transfer price indicated in the contract and will be discounted cumulatively to the amount resulting from applying, where applicable, any of the percentages established in letters a), b) and c) above. Fifth. Procedure for selecting applications and granting and paying aid. 1. The actions subject to aid will be selected and resolved under a special competition regime, as provided for in article 22.1 of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, without establishing a comparison of the applications, the applications being resolved in strict order of entry in the registry of the organization.
