Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Local corporations of La Rioja and their dependent or linked entities, the bodies of the General Administration of the State and its autonomous bodies, public universities based in La Rioja and non-profit entities or institutions based in La Rioja that meet the requirements established in Order EDE/33/2024, of May 9, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. Purpose Granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at the entities indicated in article 5 of Order EDE/33/2024, of May 9, that hire unemployed people aged 30 or older or for the performance of works and services of general and social interest. Third. Regulatory bases Order EDE/33/2024, of May 9, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the hiring of unemployed people aged 30 or over, for the performance of works and services of general and social interest, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja Cuarto. Amount In this call, the expenditure of two million six hundred and eleven thousand and fifty euros (€2,611,050.00) is approved, of which one million, three hundred and five thousand, five hundred and twenty-five euros (€1,305,525.00) are charged to the expenditure budget for the financial year 2025 and one million, three hundred and five thousand, five hundred and twenty-five euros (€1,305,525.00) are charged to the future budget of expenses for the financial year 2026. In accordance with the provisions of article 23 ter of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, regulating the legal regime of subsidies in the public sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, this distribution is estimated. In accordance with Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, article 58. Approval of expenditure for a maximum amount and distribution between budget credits, sections 4 and 5, the final distribution of budget credits may be carried out prior to the granting resolution. For its part, the provisions established in article 23 bis of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, will apply to the amount of the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline The application submission deadline is 10 business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the Call Resolution in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. The beneficiaries will submit to those established in article 19 of the regulatory order.
