Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Any natural or legal person who presents and develops their proposal may participate in this call, either on their own behalf, or through associations, groups or groups of natural persons. In the case of legal entities, the application must be presented by their legal representative. In the case of teams, groups or groups of individuals, the request must be made by a representative, who must list all the participants, indicating the percentage of participation in the project. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to promote and incentivize the transfer of knowledge gained from university research groups through culture and art, establishing links between research groups and artists who propose to make visible, from their creative capacity, the university background, and achieve a multiplier effect of scientific dissemination. Third. Regulatory bases: The call is published at the following url: https://links.uv.es/ss8siPN Fourth. Amount: The total amount of aid to be granted amounts to €15,000, financed under organic code 5210000000, cost center 5210032. The financial award for each of the selected artistic projects will be a total amount of €3,000, allocated to the production of the project. The budget presented by the applicant must be viable and strictly adhere to the amount requested, which must be sufficient to address the project as a whole, since no additional expenses will be covered. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication of the extract of the resolution of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) and will end after 20 business days from said publication. Sixth. Other information: The application for participation must be accompanied by the following documentation: a) The application form, duly completed and signed (Annex II). b) Copy of the DNI, NIE or passport of all participating people. In the case of associations or groups, the NIF of the association will also be necessary. c) Trajectory of the applicant person or group. d) Report of the proposed artistic project. e) Approximate budget of the production cost. f) Responsible declaration of each of the people participating in the call, according to a standardized model provided by the University Culture Service, in which compliance with tax and Social Security obligations is accredited, and that they do not incur any of the circumstances included in articles 13.2 and 13.3 of General Subsidy Law 38/2003, and being up to date with the payment of subsidy reimbursement obligations, in accordance with articles 21 and 25 of the Regulations for the development of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006. In the event that applications are submitted by groups or associations, the individual declaration of each participant must be included. (Annex III).
