Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call for competitive aid for the year 2025, to support the implementation of investment projects that involve the reindustrialization of the Valencian Community by SMEs linked to the following sectors: automotive sector, space sector and aeronautics sector and semiconductor sector; sectors of biotechnology, audiovisual production, video game production, animation and augmented and virtual reality; ceramics, glass and non-metallic construction materials sectors; leather and footwear industry; packaging manufacturing sector; toy sectors, sports industry and other manufacturing industries; Habitat sectors (wood manufacturing, bathroom and kitchen furniture and equipment, lighting appliances); marble, natural stone and aggregate sectors; metal-mechanical sector; paper and graphic arts sectors; plastic sector; chemical industry; textile sector and materials recovery sector. Second. Financing 1. For the year 2025, the aid called will be financed from line S1461, of budget program 722A00, chapter VII of the 2025 budget of the Generalitat, up to a maximum estimated global amount of 48,600,000 euros, from own funds. 2. Beneficiary companies 1. Small and medium-sized private companies that develop or are going to develop in the Valencian Community a productive industrial activity directly linked to the industrial sectors that are the subject of this call may be beneficiaries of this aid. 2. For the purposes of this call, small and medium-sized companies will be considered to be those that employ less than 250 people and that, in addition, either have an annual turnover of no more than 50,000,000 euros, or a general balance sheet of no more than 43,000,000 euros. In the case of related or associated companies, the rules for calculating the assets and financial amounts established in Annex I of EU Regulation No. 651/2014 of the Commission of June 17, 2014 will apply. proves that it is validly constituted and registered in the Commercial Registry, Registry of Cooperatives or in the Registry of Labor Companies at the time of submitting the application for aid.
