Official description of the call
First. Regulatory Bases. Order ATP/55/2020, of September 29, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for information activities and promotion of agri-food products and for the holding of agri-food and livestock fairs within the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 131, of October 2, 2020). Second. Object. Its purpose is to call for aid for information activities and promotion of agri-food products and for the holding of agri-food and livestock fairs within the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, regulated by order ATP/55/2020, of September 29, by 2025. The activities established in article 3 of Order ATP/55/2020, of September 29, carried out in the period between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025, may be subject to subsidy. Third. Beneficiaries. In accordance with the basic order, those determined in article 2 may be beneficiaries. Fourth. Amount. The expenditure corresponding to the following aid is approved, which will be financed from budget items 05.03.4123.461.00 “Town Councils” for an amount of one hundred and eighty-seven thousand euros (€187,000.00) and 05.03.4123.480.07 “Quality Brands” for an amount of one hundred and ten thousand euros (€110,000.00) from the expenditure budget of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, and Environment, charged to the 2025 budget year. Budget Application Amount 05.03.4123.461.00 €187,000.00 05.03.4123.480.07 110,000.00 € Total €297,000.00 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications and the remaining required documentation will be 20 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and declared holidays from the calculation, starting from the day following the publication of this call extract in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Other information of interest. 1. Call. The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address of the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja (https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=15908) 2. Applications. Subsidy applications and accompanying documentation will be addressed to the General Director of Rural Development in the available models (C/ Avenida de la Paz, 8-10 - Logroño), at the Citizen Service (C/ Beti Jai nº 1 of Logroño), or through the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=&tipo=05. If the interested party does not have an electronic address enabled in the electronic notification system of this Administration, they must process the registration directly at the web address www.larioja.org/notifications, or request the competent body in the prior communication model to process said registration, for which they must indicate a personal email account for the notification of the making available of a notification. The aid request is the standardized form as Annex I and is made available to you at the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=15908, as well as Annex V registration, cancellation and modifications of third parties and which is made available to you at the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja from where it must be processed electronically. The beneficiary must submit, along with the aid application, an Excel sheet for calculating points from the Annex VI file, in the format available on the Government of La Rioja website, which reflects the breakdown of the budget and the type of expense for each action, indicating the type of activity, municipality and years of implementation of the activity. 3. Grant procedure. The procedure for granting the aid provided for in this call will be carried out on a competitive basis. 4. Documentation. The documentation that must accompany the application is included in article 5. Section 1 of the regulatory order. 5. Instruction and processing. The process of evaluation and selection of applications will be carried out by the instructor of the procedure according to objective criteria for granting a subsidy established in article 7 and the individualized amount or intensity of the aid in article 8 of the order.
