Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Professionals from La Rioja and La Rioja companies that are dedicated to the production, distribution and/or marketing of scenic artistic creations, in the fields of theater, dance, film and music, may be beneficiaries of this aid. The beneficiaries must comply with the obligations established in article 6 of Order 5/2017, of October 9, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to the artistic production of performing industries. Second.- Purpose The granting of aid for the promotion, through the financing of current and capital expenses, typical of the artistic productions of the performing industry. The granting of subsidies will be processed through the ordinary procedure under a competitive competition regime. Each applicant may only submit one application. The deadline for performing stage productions will be between November 11, 2024 and November 13, 2025. Those productions that have been released are understood to be performed. Third. - Regulatory Bases Order 5/2017, of October 9, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to the artistic production of performing industries (Official Gazette of La Rioja number 119, of October 13, 2017). Room. - Amount The expense to finance this aid amounts to a total amount of two hundred and fifty thousand euros (250,000 euros), allocated to the following budget items: 2025/070201.3311.470.01 (Current expenses) - 198,000 euros 2025/070201.3311.770.02 capital) - 52,000 euros These subsidies, which will be granted on a competitive basis, may not exceed the equivalent of 80% of the budget for which they are allocated, nor the maximum amount of 18,000 euros. For its part, the maximum amount that can be considered as an eligible expense will be 22,500 euros. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is fifteen business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the resolution calling for this subsidy in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth.- Other information of interest Call: The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address (https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=24349) on the website of the Government of La Rioja. Applications: The submission of applications will be carried out exclusively electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja, in the Electronic Office section (https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=24349), in accordance with article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. All the procedures will be carried out electronically. Documentation: That provided for in the fifth section of Resolution 154/2025, of April 4, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which approves the call for subsidies for the artistic production of performing industries. Justification: Regarding the justification of the expense derived from the subsidized productions, it must be presented exclusively electronically from the procedure initiated with the application, and in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Order 5/2017, of October 9, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to the artistic production of performing industries. It will also be necessary to provide a document that certifies the execution and premiere of the artistic production. To be a beneficiary of these subsidies, it is an essential requirement to state in all information, advertising and publication that the production is subsidized by the Government of La Rioja, as established in article 6, of Order 5/2017, of October 9 (BOR no. 119, of October 13), which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to the artistic production of performing industries. The deadline for submitting supporting documentation will end on November 13, 2025.
