Official description of the call
BDNS: 822506 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Regulatory bases. Order 1/2017, of March 7, of the Ministry of Development and Territorial Policy, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to small municipalities and minor local entities (B.O.R. of March 13, 2017), modified by Order PID/29/2024, of May 3 (B.O.R. of May 6, 2024). Second. Object. Granting of the subsidies corresponding to the 2025 annuity of the Section of small municipalities and population centers of the Local Cooperation Fund of La Rioja, intended to finance the actions indicated in article 3 of the regulatory Order. Third. Beneficiaries. The municipalities of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja whose population as of January 1, 2024, according to official figures from the National Institute of Statistics, does not exceed three hundred inhabitants. Likewise, the four minor local entities of this Autonomous Community and the population centers separated from the main municipality whose population as of January 1, 2024 does not exceed three hundred inhabitants, may request and obtain this subsidy, according to the list that appears in Annex I of this Resolution. Room. Amount: The maximum total amount of the subsidy will be 1,316,700 euros for small municipalities and 45,796 euros for smaller local entities, so the maximum amount that each beneficiary can receive is 11,449 euros. With respect to population centers separated from the main municipality, the maximum total amount of the subsidy will be 569,500 euros, so the maximum amount that each center can receive is 8,628 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: From the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja until October 15, 2025, both inclusive. Sixth. Other information of interest. 1. Call: The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja: Subsidies to small municipalities and minor local entities (larioja.org) 2. Applications and supporting documentation: The subsidy application will be formulated in accordance with the model in Annexes II, III and IV to this Resolution. This document will be available on the website of the Government of La Rioja. Along with the aforementioned application, documentation must be submitted that proves the performance of the action or expense to which the subsidy is intended to be applied, in accordance with article 6 of the Regulatory Order. 3. Concession procedure: In a non-competitive competition regime, by distribution, in accordance with the procedure established in article 7 of the Regulatory Order. 4.Justification of payment: In the cases of application of the subsidy to settle debts for obligations incurred before January 1, 2025 or to reduce indebtedness for credit operations signed before January 1, 2025, payment of the debts or amortization of the loan must be proven within a period of two months from the date on which the payment of the subsidy by the Autonomous Community is made effective, in accordance with the model of Annex V of this Resolution.
