BDNS (Identif.):823494 In accordance with the provisions of letter b) of section 3 of article 17 and letter a) of section 8 of article 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and herein BOJA. First. Call. The following line of subsidies is called for the year 2025, in the form of concession under a competitive competition regime, within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, in the maximum total amount specified and charged to the budgetary credits that are also indicated: Line Maximum Amount (euros) Budget item Aid aimed at the execution of health programs in Andalusia through the Groups of Livestock Health Defense. 6,875,000.00 1200010000G/71B/78204/0001 2007000656 Second. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries will be the Livestock Health Defense Groups (hereinafter ADSG) that are officially recognized and registered in the Single Livestock Registry of Andalusia, as well as in the National Registry of ADSG. Third. Object. Compensate the costs of actions for the prevention, control and eradication of animal diseases carried out by the ADSG and included in the regulations, national and regional programs, and health programs of the ADSG approved by the competent authority, which do not have community funding. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of December 18, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at the execution, through the Livestock Health Defense Groups, of health programs that do not have community financing under a competitive competition regime, (BOJA no. 248, of December 29, 2023). Fifth. Amount. 1. The budget allocation of the subsidy line is that established in the first section of this extract. 2. The maximum eligible concepts and amounts are the following: BOVINE BRUCELOSIS SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL PROGRAM Authorized veterinary personnel of the ADSG and material necessary to carry out the sample collection, up to a maximum of 2.00 euros per test carried out and recorded in SIGGAN in accordance with the provisions of the National Program. BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS ERADICATION PROGRAM Authorized ADSG veterinary personnel and necessary material to perform the intradermotuberculinization test, up to a maximum of 3.50 euros per test performed and recorded in SIGGAN in accordance with the provisions of the National Program. Authorized veterinary personnel of the ADSG to carry out the gamma-interferon sampling, up to a maximum of 4.00 euros per sample taken and recorded in SIGGAN in accordance with the provisions of the National and Regional Program for the Eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis. HEALTH PROGRAM FOR PREVENTION, CONTROL AND ERADICATION OF INFECTIOUS BOVINE RHINOTRACHEITIS (IBR). Acquisition of vaccines marked against IBR, up to a maximum of 1.20 euros per dose of vaccine applied and recorded in SIGGAN, with a maximum of 2 doses per year per animal. Authorized veterinary staff of the ADSG for the application of IBR vaccines, up to a maximum of 0.30 euros per dose of vaccine applied and recorded in SIGGAN, with a maximum of 2 doses per year per animal. Authorized veterinary personnel of the ADSG to carry out the sampling for the detection of antibodies, up to a maximum of 1.00 euros per sample taken and recorded in SIGGAN. SURVEILLANCE, CONTROL AND ERADICATION PROGRAM OF SHEEF BLUE TONGUE FEVER Authorized veterinary personnel of the ADSG for the application of vaccines against serotypes 1 and 4 of Blue Tongue, up to a maximum of 0.20 euros per dose of vaccine applied and recorded in SIGGAN in sheep and a maximum of 0.30 euros per dose of vaccine applied and recorded in SIGGAN in cattle, being the maximum eligible doses are those established as mandatory vaccinations in Order APA/1251/2020, of December 21. Authorized veterinary personnel of the ADSG for the application of vaccines against serotype 3 of Bluetongue, up to a maximum of 0.40 euros per dose of vaccine applied and recorded in SIGGA
