Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Natural and legal persons who are in any of the following circumstances may apply for this call for subsidies: Early Childhood and Primary schools, Secondary Education Institutes and Centers and Vocational Training Centers domiciled in the municipality of Zuera. Those entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of General Law 38/2003 on Subsidies occur will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of this subsidy. Nor may natural and legal persons who meet any of the situations listed in article 3.3 of the General Ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zuera City Council and its dependent Public Law Entities be beneficiaries of the subsidy. The same beneficiary may not receive a direct nominative subsidy and a competitive subsidy for the same object or activities. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call for subsidies is to collaborate financially with Early Childhood and Primary schools, Secondary Education Institutes and Centers and Vocational Training Centers, for the development of activities and programs of general interest related to the promotion of science, technology, sustainability and pedagogical innovation, during the academic year 2024 - 2025 and 2025 - 2026. Third. Regulatory Bases The Regulatory Bases for the granting of aid, under a non-competitive competition regime, for carrying out activities related to the lines of action and the purposes of the Odón de Buen Foundation can be consulted in General-regulatory-bases-of-the-concesion-de-ayudas_FOdB.pdf Fourth. Amount The global amount of the call for this year amounts to 2,500 euros, according to the current Budget, item “Promotion of science and knowledge”. In general, the aid will consist of a financial subsidy to finance the expenses of the selected projects, reaching 100% of the subsidized activity with a maximum of €500 per beneficiary. In the hypothetical case that, based on the number of approved applications, there is a surplus, the Foundation may increase the amount of each subsidy by the same amount until reaching the maximum of €2,500 for the call. The subsidy awarded by the Foundation will be compatible with other financing. The amount of the subsidy, in no case, may be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 2 months from the business day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOPZ) through the National Subsidies Database. Sixth. Other information Each entity will present the application which will include, where appropriate, the different activities for which a subsidy is requested. Applicants must present the model that appears as (Annex I) of these bases and must be accompanied by the following documents: Certification issued by the secretary of the entity accrediting the status of legal representative of the signatory of the proposal (Annex II) Responsible declaration of non-occurrence of any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies and firm commitment to communicate to the Odón de Buen Foundation, the granting of any other aid or subsidy, from public or private entities, for the same purpose. (Annex III) Project of the activity / Explanatory report for which the subsidy is requested, which will include for each activity: name of the project, objectives, specific actions, material and human resources, timing, location, recipients of the activity, execution schedule and income and expense budget. (Annex IV) Photocopy of the C.I.F. or N.I.F. Third party file containing the bank details to place the bank transfer order for the amount of the subsidy.
