Extract from agreement No. 11 dated 03/28/2025 of the Local Government Board of the Sagunto City Council, which calls for subsidies to carry out commercial promotion activities aimed at the revitalization of local commerce in Sagunto 2021. BDNS (824473): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): Electronic Headquarters_ subsidies section_ of the Sagunt City Council https://sede.sagunto.es/es-es/Paginas/subvenciones.aspx First. Beneficiaries: Professional associative entities with a non-profit commercial character, constituted by businessmen in the commercial sector with a fixed establishment that carry out their activities in the municipality of Sagunto. Second. Purpose: Promote and collaborate with the financing of all those promoted by the Merchants' Associations of the Municipality of Sagunto and that consist of carrying out events or activities that have as their objective the promotion and dynamization of local commerce and, consequently, the reduction of expenditure leakage to other locations or other forms of commercial distribution. Third. Regulatory bases: Ordinance approved on 05/31/2016, by the Plenary City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia dated 12/12/2016, no. 197. Fourth. Amount: The amount will be €8,000.00 Line 2: €8,000.00 To calculate the amount of subsidies to be granted in line 1, a fixed amount of €1,202.02 will be distributed from the credit available for said line, and the rest of the credit will be distributed among all the associative entities proportionally to the total score obtained, the subsidy not being able to exceed 50% of the cost of the activity. subsidized and obtaining a minimum scale of 20% of the evaluation of the project in accordance with the criteria established in Base Ten of the call.
