Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. www.pap.hacienda.gob.es First. Beneficiaries According to base 2 of the Resolution of June 13, 2025, the municipalities of the Valencian Community that meet the following requirements may obtain the status of beneficiary entity: a) That they hold the property ownership of the premises in which the architectural intervention is proposed or that they have, as tenants, premises in the municipality for the function of providing health care, duly accredited, for a minimum period of 20 years to from the subsidy application, plus the authorization of the owner to carry out the works. b) That they have a preliminary technical report issued by the head of the Infrastructure Subdirectorate, according to base 2.1, at the end of submission of the applications for this call. c) In any case, have the corresponding work project, duly informed in accordance with the Subdirectorate on a date prior to five days after the end of the deadline for submitting applications for this call. d) Have included as a special condition of execution, in the contracting documents approved within the last calendar year prior to the publication of these regulatory bases, at least one of the social responsibility clauses provided for in Annex II of Decree 118/2022 whenever this is mandatory in accordance with the applicable regulations. Second. Purpose To call for the granting of subsidies to finance architectural intervention actions in auxiliary offices intended for the provision of primary health care by this Department, in municipalities of the Valencian Community and these subsidies are called for the years 2025 and 2026. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of June 13, 2025, of the Minister of Health, which approves the regulatory bases that will govern the granting of subsidies intended to finance architectural intervention actions in auxiliary offices intended for the provision of primary health care by this Department, in municipalities of the Valencian Community and these subsidies are called for the years 2025 and 2026. Fourth. Amount The amount intended to finance this aid will be €3,000,000.00 for the year 2025 and €3,000,000.00 for the year 2026. The subsidies awarded will be considered non-refundable subsidies, with the percentage of the subsidy to be applied being up to 100% of the requested amount, with a limit of €500,000.00 per project, without this may exceed the cost of execution of the corresponding approved project or the award. The maximum number of eligible projects in each call per city council will be two. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other data 1. The form of presentation of the applications and the documentation that must be accompanied will be carried out and adjusted to what is determined in the Fourth Condition of Annex II of the Resolution of June 13, 2025, of the Minister of Health, which approves the regulatory bases that will govern the granting of subsidies intended to finance the architectural intervention actions in auxiliary offices intended for the provision of primary health care by this Conselleria, in municipalities of the Valencian Community and these subsidies are called for the years 2025 and 2026. 2.
