RESOLUTION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE ICA, CALLING FOR “ASSOCIART” GRANTS TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURAL EVENTS IN THE FIELD OF PERFORMING ARTS, MUSIC AND FOLKLORE IN THE REGION OF MURCIA, 2025

EXTRACT RESOLUTION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE INSTITUTE OF CULTURAL INDUSTRIES AND THE ARTS, OF THE CALL FOR “ASSOCIARTE” GRANTS TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURAL EVENTS IN THE FIELD OF PERFORMING ARTS, MUSIC AND FOLKLORE IN THE REGION OF MURCIA, IN ITS 2025 EDITION In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First.- Beneficiaries Non-public, non-profit associations and foundations may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, duly registered in the Registry of Associations, Foundations and Professional Colleges of the Region of Murcia whose purposes and activities are closely related to theater (venue and street), circus, dance, music and folklore, that carry out their main activity and have their registered office and tax address in the Region of Murcia and that have been there for a minimum of two years prior to the date of publication of this resolution, who are going to perform performances or activities in theater (hall and street), circus, dance, music and folklore. Entities that: Are subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 18, General Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies. They have tax obligations in the executive period, before this Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, unless they are suspended or guaranteed. They are not aware of their tax obligations with the State Administration. If applicable, they are not aware of their Social Security obligations. Foundations or public law entities regardless of the legal regime or public participation they hold. Associations or foundations of a political nature, or partially financed by them. Professional colleges. Religious entities and organizations. All requirements must be met at the time of application and maintained throughout the entire process of granting and executing the reference grants. To this end, the corresponding responsible declaration will be signed (included in Annex I). Second.- Object, purpose and scope of application The purpose of this Resolution is to call for financial aid, on a competitive basis, to non-profit associations and foundations to contribute to the costs of advertising and dissemination, accommodation, travel and expenses inherent to the development of projects and/or cultural events held in the different municipalities of the Region of Murcia, whether organized or in which the association or foundation directly participates. The artistic disciplines linked to the projects will be: theater (hall and street), circus, dance, music and folklore. Third.- Legal Regime: The granting of subsidies will be governed by the provisions of this Resolution and, in matters not provided for therein, by Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, and by the Order of May 27, 2016, of the Ministry of Culture and Spokesperson, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies in matters of cultural promotion whose call and granting corresponds to the ICA, modified by the Order of October 7, 2019, of the Minister of Education and Culture (BORM no. 247 of October 25, 2019). Likewise, Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, and Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the legal regime of the public sector, as well as the precepts that result from the application of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and the Law, will also apply in those corresponding precepts. 12/2014, of December 16, on Transparency and Citizen Participation of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. Fourth.- Amount The subsidies regulated in this Resolution will be granted from the credit entered in the ICA budget for the year.
