BDNS:826226 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and herein BOJA. First. Call. It is called for the year 2025, in the form of concession under a competitive competition regime, subsidies to support investments aimed at the implementation of sustainable bioindustrial infrastructures for the treatment and valorization of alperujo in the province of Jaén, within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2022 (Measure 4, Submeasure 4.2., Operation 4.2.2.), in the field of Investment Integrated Territorial of the province of Jaén. The budget item from which the aforementioned subsidies will be granted is: 1200110000 G/71E/77000/00 C15B0422GO 2023001172 Annuity 2025: €22,000,000.00 Second. Beneficiaries. Companies or companies with at least 30% of the share capital owned by entities in the producing sector that generate alperujo. Third. Object. The object is the call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at companies for carrying out material and intangible investments aimed at the implementation of sustainable bioindustrial infrastructures for the treatment and valorization of alperujo in the province of Jaén, within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2022 (Measure 4, Submeasure 4.2., Operation 4.2.2.), in the field of Investment Integrated Territorial of the province of Jaén. Room. Regulatory bases. This Order regulates the aid provided for in the Rural Development Program (hereinafter RDP) of Andalusia 2014-2022, approved in its version number 14, by the European Commission on October 16, 2024. Specifically, it falls within Measure 4 "Investments in physical assets", which develops article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 17 December 2013, relating to aid for rural development through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005, which provides for aid in European regions for investments in physical assets. The aid provided for in this Order will comply with the provisions of article 41 of the Regulation (EU). no. 651/2014 of the Commission, of 17 June 2014, declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJEU L/187, of 26.6.2014). The cases provided for in section c) of article 1.3 or in article 1.5 of the aforementioned regulation do not apply to this aid. Fifth. Maximum amount per beneficiary. The maximum amount will be determined with the expense incurred to execute the activities indicated in section 2.a of the Summary Table of the Order of April 15, 2024 Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.
