Official description of the call
First. Regulatory Bases. Order 12/2016, of April 25 (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 48 of April 27, 2016) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to Local Entities integrated into the Cameros Regional Hunting Reserve – Demand. Second. Object. This subsidy is intended for carrying out works to improve, conserve and manage hunting resources, as well as the adaptation of infrastructure and equipment in Local Entities integrated into the Cameros Regional Hunting Reserve – Demanda. Third. Beneficiaries. The City Councils and Associations of municipalities integrated into the Cameros Regional Hunting Reserve – Demanda, and that maintain inhabited population centers, may apply for these subsidies, in accordance with Law 2/1973, of March 17, creating thirteen national hunting reserves. Room. Amount. The expenditure corresponding to the 2025 call for subsidies intended to finance works to improve, preserve and manage hunting resources, as well as the adaptation of infrastructure and equipment, is approved, charged to the 2025 budget (Project 80702.3) for a total amount of 309,200 euros distributed as follows: 05.06.4712.461.04: 2,150 euros. 05.06.4712.761.02: 279,150 euros. 05.06.4712.462.04: 320 euros. 05.06.4712.762.02: 27,580 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Other information of interest. 1. Call. The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja (http://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=01947) 2. Applications. Given the legal nature of the beneficiaries, or those who represent an interested party who is obliged to interact electronically with the Administration, applications must be submitted electronically. If the interested party does not have an Enabled Electronic Address (DEH) in the electronic notification system of this Administration, they must process the registration at the web address: www.larioja.org/notificacións, or request the managing body to process said registration at the email address area.cazaypesca@larioja.org, indicating the email address that they intend to be enabled. Through this email address you will be notified, on an informative and non-binding basis, of the notifications available to you from the DEH. The subsidy requests and documentation indicated in the previous sections will be addressed to the General Director of Natural Environment and Landscape in the models available in the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja. 3. Documentation. Along with the application, the documentation referred to in article 11 of the Regulatory Order must be submitted. The awards of the works will comply with the provisions of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts regarding maximum amounts authorized for each type of contracting. 4. Grant procedure. The subsidy will be structured according to the direct concession regime. 5. Instruction and processing. The investigation and processing of the file will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 12 of the regulatory Order. 6. Obligations. The beneficiaries of this aid will be subject to the obligations established in article 5 of the regulatory Order. 7. Justification. The justification period for this call for aid will end on November 30, 2025. The justification will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of the regulatory bases order. 8. Payment of subsidies. The justification of the expense and payment of subsidies as established in article 15 of the Basic Order.
