Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/828582) First.- Beneficiaries: They will have the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this call are the Third Sector entities in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja that develop general interest programs aimed at social interest purposes. Second.-Object: Programs and investments that are carried out during the year 2026 and are paid prior to the end of the deadline for submitting the subsidy justification established in the seventh section of the call resolution will be subsidized. The programs subject to subsidy are established in Annex I of the call resolution. Third.- Regulatory bases: Order 6/2017, of September 27, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies to general interest programs aimed at social interest purposes to be developed by third sector entities in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, charged to the tax allocation of the personal income tax (BOR no. 114, of October 2, 2017). Fourth.- Amount: A total amount of two million five hundred and forty thousand euros (€2,540,000) according to the following distribution: To third sector entities for programs 06.07.01.2325.480.00 €2,000,000 To third sector entities for investments 06.07.01.2325. 780.00 €540,000 Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, computed from the day following the day on which the publication of the extract of the resolution calling for this subsidy in the Official Gazette of La Rioja takes place, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) 20.8.a) and 23.2.g) of the Law. 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth.- Other information of interest: Call: The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja http://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=24328 Applications: The application forms will be generated automatically when processing the same from the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja http://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es and its presentation will be carried out exclusively electronically through said electronic office in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Documentation: The documentation to be accompanied, requirements, competent bodies for investigation and resolution, obligations, assessment criteria, justifications, notification, resources that can be filed, etc. They will be governed by the provisions of Order 6/2017 of this Ministry. The maximum eligible salaries for the staff referred to in article 9.2 of Order 6/2017 appear in Annex II of the call resolution. Concession procedure: Subsidy line under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the principles set out in article 8.3 of Decree 14/2006, regulating the legal regime of subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Justification: Regarding the justification of the subsidy, the provisions of article 18 of Order 6/2017, of September 27 and in the seventh section of resolution 17/2025, of April 24, which calls for subsidies to general interest programs aimed at social interest purposes to be developed by Third Sector entities in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, charged to the tax allocation of the tax on the income of individuals for the year 2025.
