Official description of the call
First.-Object. Call for aid provided for in Regulation (EU) No 2021/1139, of July 7, relating to the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, in relation to priorities 1. Promote sustainable fishing and the recovery and conservation of aquatic biological resources, and 2. Promote sustainable aquaculture activities, as well as the transformation and marketing of fishing and aquaculture products, contributing to food security in the Union, and more specifically for the development of the following FEMPA measures: 1.1.3., 1.1.5., 1.1.6, 1.1.10., 1.2.1., 1.6.1., 2.1.1., 2.1.2., 2.1.4., 2.1.12. and 2.2.4. Second.-Beneficiaries. In general, natural or legal persons, public or private entities, communities of property or any other type of grouping of those, provided that they meet the general requirements established in the order, as well as the specific requirements required for the corresponding aid. Specifically: SMEs. Measures 1.1.3., 1.1.5., 1.1.6, 1.2.1., 1.6.1., 2.1.1., 2.1.2., 2.1.12. and 2.2.4 NON-SMEs. Measures 1.1.3., 1.1.5., 1.1.6, 1.2.1., 1.6.1., 2.1.1., 2.1.2., 2.1.12. NON-PROFIT ENTITIES. Measures 1.1.10., 2.1.4., 2.1.12. Third.-Regulatory Bases. Order of March 6, 2024 of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries establishing the regulatory bases for public aid related to the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (FEMPA) in the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the program for Spain (2021-2027) (BORM no. 61 of March 13, 2024), modified by Order of 2 of July 2024 (BORM no. 155 of July 5, 2024) and by the Order of March 4, 2025 (BORM no. 55 of March 7, 2025). Fourth.-Submission of applications and deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications for the different measures and other required documentation will be 20 days from the day following the publication of the extract in the BORM. Fifth.-Amount of aid. The call is endowed with a maximum total amount of 5,909,703.00 euros, 2,315,203.00 euros for 2025, 1,935,500.00 euros for 2026 and 1,659,000.00 euros for 2027, which are distributed as follows: Measure 1.1.3 €50,203 (2025), €35,000 (2026) and €30,000 (2027). Measure 1.1.5 €160,000 (2025), €80,000 (2026) and €400,00 (2027). Measure 1.1.6 €20,000 (2025), €14,000 (2026) and €12,000 (2027). Measure 1.1.10 €20,000 (2025), €14,000 (2026) and €12,000 (2027). Measure 1.2.1 €100,000 (2025), €70,000 (2026) and €60,000 (2027). Measure 1.6.1 €30,000 (2025), €21,000 (2026) and €18,000 (2027). Measure 2.1.1 €50,000 (2025), €35,000 (2026) and €30,000 (2027). Measure 2.1.12 €80,000 (2025), €56,000 (2026) and €48,000 (2027). Measure 2.1.2 €895,000 (2025), €800,000 (2026) and €700,000 (2027). Measure 2.1.4 €15,000 (2025), €10,500 (2026) and €9,000 (2027). Measure 2.2.4 €895,000 (2025), €800,000 (2026) and €700,000 (2027). The maximum amount of aid per beneficiary is specified in article 6 of the Call Order. Sixth.-Justification and payment. The maximum deadline for submitting justification by the beneficiary for carrying out the activity is November 30, 2025 in annual projects, and in multi-annual projects additionally until November 30, 2026 and/or until November 30, 2027. Payment will be made after justification by the beneficiary for carrying out the subsidized activity.
