The granting of the following lines of subsidies regulated in Order June 21, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, for the promotion of the employment of people with disabilities in special employment centers and in the ordinary labor market, hereinafter, regulatory bases, is called for the year 2025: a) Line 1. Subsidy for fixed investment linked to the creation of indefinite employment of people with disabilities in special employment centers, which aims to cover the fixed investment for construction, installation or modernization costs of the production units of the special employment center linked to the creation of indefinite employment, both for new hires and for the transformation of current fixed-term contracts. b) Line 2. Subsidy for the maintenance of jobs occupied by people with disabilities in special employment centers, the eligible concept being their permanence in Social Security. c) Line 3. Subsidy for the adaptation of jobs and the elimination of architectural barriers in special employment centers, which aims to cover the adaptation of jobs, including universal physical, sensory, cognitive and communication accessibility measures and appropriate measures based on the needs of each specific situation, as well as the provision of means of personal protection and elimination of architectural barriers or obstacles. d) Line 5. Subsidy for the creation of indefinite employment for people with disabilities in companies in the ordinary labor market, which aims to cover the creation of indefinite employment, both for new hires and for the transformation of current fixed-term contracts. e) Line 6. Subsidy for the elimination of architectural barriers and adaptation of jobs occupied by people with disabilities in companies in the ordinary labor market, which aims to cover the adaptation of jobs, including universal physical, sensory, cognitive and communication accessibility measures and appropriate measures based on the needs of each specific situation, as well as the provision of means of personal protection and the elimination of architectural barriers or obstacles. 2. Hiring formalized in the discontinuous permanent permanent modality may not be subject to subsidy, except in line 2 of job maintenance, provided that the person hired has a minimum of thirty uninterrupted days of registration with Social Security in the incentive period. Second. Beneficiaries. 1. Special employment centers that meet the common requirements provided for in Article 3 and the specific requirements of each subsidy line established in the corresponding section of Chapter II of the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of lines 1, 2 and 3 of subsidies. If the center is involved in a disqualification procedure, no resolution will be issued until the procedure to cancel the qualification as a special employment center has been completed. 2. Private companies, regardless of their legal form, self-employed workers and private non-profit entities in the ordinary labor market, as well as associated work cooperatives and labor companies that incorporate workers with disabilities as partners, may be beneficiaries of lines 5 and 6 of subsidies, it being understood that the references to indefinite contracting extend to the incorporation of working partners who meet the common requirements provided for in the article. 3 and the specific requirements of each line of subsidy established in the corresponding section of Chapter III of the regulatory bases. Third. Object. 1.
