From the Minister of Social Policy, Families and Equality who approves the call for the FSE+ co-financed subsidy aimed at third sector social action entities for the development of the FSE+ basic material assistance program (basic program)

Official description of the call

First. Object, conditions and purpose. The purpose of this Order is to approve the call for a subsidy, of a multi-year nature, on a competitive basis, aimed at entities of the Third Sector of Social Action whose social object or purpose is the care of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion, to cover the expenses involved in the actions contained in the project for the development of the FSE+ Program for Basic Material Assistance (BASIC Program) in the Region of Murcia. Second. Legal regime of the call The subsidy regulated in this call will be governed by what is established therein and in the Order of February 3, 2025 of the Ministry of Social Policy, Families and Equality by which the regulatory bases for subsidies co-financed by the ESF+ promoted by the General Directorate of Social Services are approved; Third Sector and Diversity Management, in compliance with the specific objective m of the FSE+ program of the Basic Material Assistance Program (BASIC Program). Allocation and budgetary limits This subsidy will be made effective, for the year 2025, charged to the credits of budget item 18.04.00.313A.481.02 of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the year 2025, Expenditure project 49436, co-financed at 10% by own funds of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and 90% through the ESF+ Program for Basic Material Assistance, Investment Priority 4 Social inclusion and fight against poverty, Specific Objective m) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1057 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 24, 2021 (ESF+): “Address material deprivation through food and/or provision of basic material assistance to the most disadvantaged people, in particular the minors, and establish accompanying measures that support their social inclusion” (ESO 4.13). In accordance with the Order of December 23, 2024 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance, European Funds and Digital Transformation, which regulates the application of the extension of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the financial year 2024, during the financial year 2025. By virtue of the same, and under the protection of article 33.4 of the Consolidated Text of the Law of Treasury of the Region of Murcia, approved by Legislative Decree 1/1999, of December 2, regulates the conditions of application of the extension for the year 2025 of Law 4/2023, of December 28, on General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the year 2024, with effect from January 1, 2025. The maximum amount of the The subsidy is €17,203,099.00, of which €15,782,659.00 must be used to recharge the cards or redeemable vouchers, to cover expenses on food and other products included in the "basic material assistance." The remaining amounts correspond to the maximum amounts to be received according to the fixed type percentage for expenses for the execution of the accompanying measures (7%) and management and technical assistance expenses (2%), in relation to the amount that is executed attributed to the purchase of food. Room. Beneficiary entity. Requirements and conditions Any entity in the third sector of social action whose object or social purpose includes the care of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion may access the status of beneficiary of the subsidy regulated in this order. The beneficiary entity must meet the requirements contemplated in article 3 of the Order of February 3, 2025 of the Ministry of Social Policy, Families and Equality, which approves the regulatory bases of this subsidy. Their accreditation will be carried out in accordance with article 7 of this call. Fifth. Form and deadline for submitting applications Entities likely to be beneficiaries of this subsidy are required to interact through electronic means with Public Administrations, in application of article 14.2 of the LPAC. The presentation of the application, which must be signed electronically by the representative of the entity, prior to completion, will preferably be carried out at the electronic headquarters of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (https://sede.
