BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias) and in this BOJA: First. Call. The following line of subsidy is called for the year 2025, in the form of concession under a competitive concurrence regime, within the scope of the Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training, in the maximum total amount specified for it and charged to the budgetary credits that are also indicated for said line: Line Maximum Amount Budgetary Positions Music and Dance Schools Local Corporations 336,535 euros Article 46 42H Second Program. Beneficiaries. All local entities or those entities and organizations dependent on them. Third. Object. Collaborate in the expenses derived from the operation of music and/or dance schools whose ownership is held by local entities or by entities and organizations dependent on them, authorized in accordance with the provisions of Decree 233/1997, of October 7, which regulates Music and Dance Schools, with the purpose of improving their operation, equipment and facilitating the development of their activities, both teaching and those of a complementary nature that contribute to the training of students. of the aforementioned schools. Room. Regulatory Bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in the field of the Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training, approved by Order of July 6, 2011 (BOJA, no. 155, of August 9, 2011), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to Music and Dance Schools dependent on local entities. and its call is made for the year 2012. Fifth. Amount. The allocation of the subsidy line, as well as the maximum amount of said line, is established in the table in the first point. Sixth. Application Submission Deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for this call will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of this extract, provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.
