Official description of the call
First. BeneficiariesThe owners or, where applicable, usufructuaries, of the property.Second. PurposeThe object of these rules is the regulation and granting, under competitive competition, of the financial aid that the Chera City Council, through the Department of Urban Planning, may grant in order to collaborate in financing the rehabilitation of the facades and party walls of residential buildings in the municipality of Chera, as well as the promotion of the local economy. The following activities may be subject to subsidy: the restoration of the facades and party walls of the properties located within the municipal area of Chera, which are thirty years old or more. The following will not be subject to subsidy: actions on buildings that are affected by roads, equipment or green areas; actions on industrial buildings; nor the actions of total or partial rehabilitation of the property. Third. Regulatory basesThe bases approved by Mayor's Resolution No. 2025-0314, dated May 23, 2025, can be consulted on the transparency portal of the Chera City Council, on the website: www.chera.es. Room. Amount of aid The amount of subsidies may reach up to 50% of the budget for execution of the work, with a maximum of 2,000 euros, and will be adapted to the budgetary availability of item 48000.15220 - Facade Rehabilitation Subsidy. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applicationsThe applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, starting the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, as stated in article 6.2 of the Royal Decree. 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid and until July 15, 2025.
