Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Those natural or legal persons, as well as communities of property, civil societies and other economic entities without legal personality, legally constituted, that meet the following requirements may apply for this subsidy: a) That the economic activity is carried out by a self-employed person, microenterprise or small company. b) That the activity takes place in a physical establishment (commercial premises) located in the municipality of Totana. c) That the main activity belongs to some heading of the IAE corresponding to retail trade in permanent establishments and hospitality in any of its options. d) That the commercial premises have an exhibition and sales area of less than 400 square meters. e) Not be subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and, in particular, be up to date with tax obligations with the State Treasury, the General Treasury of Social Security and with the City Council of Totana. f) Be registered in the Social Security Self-Employed Workers Regime or in the corresponding professional mutual insurance company and in the Treasury prior to the date of publication of these rules. Second. Object. The purpose of these Rules is to establish the special rules governing the direct granting of subsidies to the commerce and hospitality sector with the aim of reactivating them through the granting of financial aid in the form of discount vouchers applicable to their clients and to provide continuity to aid of this same nature called and executed in a first edition, between 12/05/2020 and 02/28/2021, in a second edition that ended on 11/15/2021, in a third edition that ended on 06/30/2023 and in a last edition that took place between September 2 and 30, 2024. Third. Regulatory bases. This call has been approved at the Local Government Board held on May 21, 2025. Fourth. Amount. The total amount of subsidies to be granted amounts to €41,000.00, which will be financed from budget item 4310.489.10. The granting of aid will be conditional on budget availability and in any case until the credit allocated to the call is exhausted. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The processing of the application will be carried out electronically, requiring electronic DNI, Digital Certificate or Cl@ve, in application of the provisions of article 14.3 of Law 39/2015, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Totana City Council: TRADE Procedure.
