Official description of the call
1. Purpose: Call for entries Competition to choose the cover of the San Lorenzo 2025 festival program. 2. Beneficiaries: all interested people can participate, individually or in a group. If you participate in a group, a person must be designated to represent you. If the registered person is a minor, they will have to provide the authorization of the father, mother or legal guardian. 3. Regulatory bases: Bases of the call are found on the transparency portal of the Alaior City Council, at the address: https://alaior.sedelectronica.es/transparency/7949a969-26c8-43d0-ba5f-87355948354d/ 4. Publicity of the call for the competition The competition will be published in the National Database of Subsidies, in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands, on the notice board, in the electronic headquarters and in the transparency portal of the Alaior City Council. To encourage participation, dissemination will be made through the media considered appropriate, such as the City Council website, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. 5. Award: 5.1. A single prize of 600 euros will be awarded plus the printing of the winning work on the official cover of the San Lorenzo 2025 festivities, where the name of the author will appear. 5.2. The net amount received by the winning person will be the result after applying the tax withholding established by current legislation. 5.3 The award may be declared void if, in the opinion of the jury, the works do not meet the required artistic quality. 5.4 In accordance with article 18 of General Law 38/2003 on subsidies, the result of the competition will be published in the National Subsidies Database. 5.5 To collect the prize it will be an essential requirement that, once the result is made public, the author signs the work and accepts the prize. 6.
