BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. Aid is called, on a competitive basis, for projects under the Participatory Local Development Strategies (hereinafter, EDLP) of the Local Action Groups of the Andalusian Fishing and Aquaculture Sector (hereinafter, GALPA), regulated in the Order of March 13, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to projects under the Participatory Local Development Strategies of the Action Groups. Persons and entities applicants and beneficiaries of aid. Persons or entities that meet the requirements established in article 3 of the Order of March 13, 2024 may apply for and be beneficiaries of aid for projects under the EDLP of the GALPA: a) Natural or legal persons. b) Non-profit entities, provided that their purposes are included in their statutes some of the objectives contemplated in article 4.1 of the Order of March 13, 2024. c) Fishermen's guilds, their federations and other public entities. d) The municipalities included in the territorial scope of each GALPA. GALPAs may be requesting and beneficiary entities and execute operations in accordance with their EDLP, provided that the principle of separation of functions is respected. Third. Object. These subsidies are intended to grant aid to projects covered by the EDLP of the GALPA, in accordance with specific objective 3.1 of the Program for Spain of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, "Contribute to enabling a sustainable blue economy in coastal, island and inland areas, and to promoting the development of fishing and aquaculture communities", regulated in article 30 of the Regulation (EU). 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 7, 2021, establishing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (hereinafter EMFAF), and under the order of March 13, 2024. Financing, aid intensity and applicable regime 1. The aid regulated in this order is co-financed by the European Union, through the European Fund. Maritime Fisheries and Aquaculture, and by the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, by 70% and 30%, respectively. 2. The amount of the subsidy will be the result of applying a maximum percentage of aid intensity to the total eligible expenditure of the operation. 3.
