BDNS: XXXXXXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. 1. The procedure for granting subsidies is called, under a competitive competition regime, for innovation projects coordinated by innovation clusters for the year 2025. 2. This call is governed, in everything that is not provided for in this provision, by the provisions for line 2 of subsidies (innovation projects coordinated by innovation clusters) defined in the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to promote innovation and technological development actions in companies, innovation and technological centers in Andalusia, approved by Order of February 10, 2025 (BOJA no. 31, of February 14, 2025). 3. The total amount available for this call is 8,000,000 euros. The European Union participates in the financing of these subsidies, through the European Regional Development Fund FEDER, 85%, through the Andalusia FEDER Program 2021-2027. Second. Purpose of the subsidies. In accordance with the provisions of article 1.3.b) of the regulatory bases, the purpose of this line of subsidies is the financing of industrial research or experimental development projects coordinated by innovation clusters to contribute to offering innovative technological solutions, through technology transfer and cooperation between public and private companies, centers, institutes or foundations for research and/or innovation and training, that belong to the cluster. Third. Beneficiary entities. In accordance with the provisions of article 3.1.b) of the regulatory bases, for this line of subsidies the beneficiary entities are: a) Innovation Clusters, in accordance with the provisions of article 18 of Decree 223/2023, of September 12, which approves the Regulation regulating the classification, accreditation and registration of Agents of the Andalusian Knowledge System. b) Companies that belong to the applicant innovation cluster. c) Public and private research and/or innovation and training centres, institutes or foundations that belong to the applicant innovation cluster. In this line of subsidies, the coordinating entity must be an entity of the type indicated in point a) (innovation cluster). Room. Eligible concepts. 1. The eligible costs for this call are those indicated in article 10.3 of the regulatory bases. 2. The period within which the eligible expenses of this call must have been incurred extends from the date of submission of the grant application to the end date of the maximum execution period determined in the granting resolution, which will always be prior to December 31, 2029. 3. In accordance with article 10.3.b) of the regulatory bases, in the event that the instruments and materials acquired are not used throughout their useful life for the project, they will only be considered Amortization costs are eligible for subsidy during the duration of the project, counting from the date of their acquisition. The following maximum annual amortization percentages will be applied to determine eligibility: - Scientific equipment: 25% - Computer programs: 33% - Computer equipment: 25% 4. In accordance with the provisions of article 10.6 of the regulatory bases, indirect costs are financeable, understood as general expenses assigned to the project, but which due to their nature cannot be attributed directly, in the amount of 7% of eligible direct costs.
