BDNS: XXXXXXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. 1. The procedure for granting subsidies is called, under a competitive competition regime, for the acquisition of equipment for the improvement of the infrastructure of technology centers for the year 2025. 2. This call is governed, in everything that is not provided for in this provision, by the provisions for line 6 of subsidies (acquisition of equipment for the improvement of the infrastructure of technology centers) defined in the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to promote innovation and technological development actions in the companies, innovation clusters and technology centers in Andalusia, approved by Order of February 10, 2025 (BOJA no. 31, of February 14, 2025). 3. The total amount available for this call is 6,500,000 euros. The subsidies will be financed from Service 17 of budget program 72A and the following budget items: BUDGET ITEM ANNUALITY 2026 ANNUITY 2028 1500178084 G/72A/77010/00 A411AB28N1 2026000763 1,500,000 euros 1,500,000 euros 1,500,000 euros 1,750,000 euros 2021-2027. Second. Purpose of the subsidies. In accordance with the provisions of article 1.3.f) of the regulatory bases, the purpose of this line of subsidies is the financing of equipment for the improvement of the research and testing and experimentation infrastructures of the technology centers. Page 2 of 4 Third. Beneficiary entities. In accordance with the provisions of article 3.1.f) of the regulatory bases, for this line of subsidies the beneficiary entities may be the technology centers, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and the Sole Transitional Provision of Decree 223/2023, of September 12, which approves the Regulation regulating the classification, accreditation and registration of Agents of the Andalusian Knowledge System. These entities will be considered research and knowledge dissemination organizations, in accordance with the definition established in article 1.3.ff of the Framework on state aid for research and development and innovation (2022/C 414/01). Room. Eligible concepts. 1. The eligible costs for this call are those indicated in article 10.5 of the regulatory bases. 2. The period within which the eligible expenses of this call must have been incurred ranges from the date of submission of the subsidy application to the end date of the maximum execution period determined in the granting resolution, which will always be prior to December 31, 2029. 3. Indirect costs are not eligible for this call. Fifth. Amount of subsidies. The amount of the subsidies will be adjusted to what is established in article 12 of the regulatory bases. In accordance with the provisions of section 4 of that article, for the entities included in article 3.1.f) of the regulatory bases, in accordance with the provisions of article 2.7 thereof, the maximum aid intensity will be 100%. Sixth. Submission of applications. 1.
