First.– Purpose The purpose of this order is to call, for the year 2025, aid for the improvement of the production structures of agricultural holdings co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), within the Framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027, including the following interventions contained in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 (PEPAC): a) Intervention 6841.1 “Aid for productive investments in agricultural holdings linked to contributing to the mitigation-adaptation to climate change, efficient use of natural resources and animal welfare.” b) Intervention 6841.2 “Aid for investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings.” c) Intervention 6961.1 “Establishment of young farmers”. Second. – Beneficiaries. Those who meet the requirements detailed in articles 5, 6 and 14 of the basic order may be beneficiaries of this aid. Third.– Regulatory bases. Order AGR/693/2025, of June 26, (BOCyL No. 123 of June 30) establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies aimed at improving the production structures of agricultural holdings, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Fourth.– Amount. The financing of the aid called by this order will be carried out by the EAFRD, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Community of Castilla y León, in the percentages established in the PEPAC. The amount foreseen in this call is one hundred million euros (€100,000,000.00). Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. From the day following the publication of this extract of the call until October 31, 2025.
