Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First.- Purpose The purpose of this order is to call, for the year 2025, aid for investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of small infrastructures on grazable areas, contained in the strategic plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 and co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), specifically within Intervention 6871, corresponding to Non-productive investments in basic services in the natural environment (CYL6871_09: actions of local pasture management entities). Second.- Beneficiaries Local Entities that are owners or managers of common use pastures in the territorial area of Castilla y León may be beneficiaries of this aid. Third.- Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of this aid have been established by Order AGR/1250/2024, of November 20, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of infrastructure on grazable surfaces to improve the biosafety of livestock farms, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain for the period 2023-2027, co-financed by the EAFRD. Fourth.- Amount The subsidies will be granted from the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León, for an amount of two million three hundred and thirty-three thousand and sixty-six euros (€2,333,066). However, if budget availability allows, the initial allocation may be increased by an additional amount of up to 50%, without the need for a new call. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and will end two months after publication.
