2 Decree of July 8, 2025 of the Delegate of the Government Area of Housing Policies, which approves the public call for subsidies 2025 for renovation actions of existing buildings for residential use in the “Directed Village of Caño Roto” In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Purpose.- The purpose of the subsidies object of this call is the promotion of renovation actions in the area called “Managed Village of Caño Roto”, due to the special socio-economic vulnerability detected in the area and the poor construction state of its buildings. Second. Regulatory bases.- Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies, approved by Agreement of October 30, 2013 of the Plenary Session of the Madrid City Council and the Decree of July 8, 2025 of the Delegate of the Government Area of Housing Policies, by which the public call for subsidies 2025 is approved for renovation actions of existing buildings for residential use in the “Managed Town of Caño Roto”. Third. Beneficiaries.- Individuals who own residential buildings for residential use, in the single-family category, and promoters of the actions may be beneficiaries. If there are several owners, the promoter and person responsible for the work must be designated among them. Room. Amount.- The total amount of the call amounts to 500,000.00 euros, distributed: ANNUITY AMOUNT 2025150,000.00 € 2026350,000.00 € TOTAL500,000.00 € The aid object of this call will consist of a percentage of the protectable budget, depending on the type of eligible action, all of this in accordance with the provisions of section 21 of the call and its Annex. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications.- The deadline for submitting applications for subsidies subject to this call will include the temporary period that begins the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid and ends three months after its publication. In the event that the day on which the publications indicated in point 1 of this section were made does not coincide, the period will be counted from the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Sixth. Competent bodies.- The competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure regulated in the call will be respectively the head of the General Directorate of Housing and Rehabilitation Policies and the Delegate of the Government Area of Housing Policies. Seventh. Notification and publication.- The resolution will be notified to each beneficiary individually, without prejudice to the publication acts that, if applicable, must be carried out in the BDNS, and in the BOAM. In addition, it can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Madrid City Council https://sede.madrid.es, and on the website www.madrid.es. Eighth. Justification and payment of subsidies.- The justification will be carried out using the modality "justifying account with provision of supporting documents" and other documentation included in section 30 of the call, and the payment of the subsidy will adopt the modality of advance payment in a single payment.
