Official description of the call
Mayor's Resolution No. 2025-0319 dated 07/11/2025 which calls for subsidies through a competitive competition procedure for the treatment and beautification of facades of properties located in the urban centers of Villargordo del Cabriel for the year 2025 within the Aid Program "Let's Conserve Villargordo" through the competitive competition procedure. First. Beneficiaries. The subsidy application will be made for the ownership of the property, whether it is one or more individuals, a commercial company, or a community of owners. In this last case, it will be necessary, therefore, for the community to be legally constituted. Subsidies will be awarded to the property as a whole, never individually. However, the following cannot be beneficiaries: Whoever incurs any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of the LGS. Who, at the time that the instructing body of the call has to make the definitive resolution proposal, is not up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations before the State Administration as well as being up to date with the tax obligations of the Villargordo del Cabriel City Council. Second. Purpose The purpose of these rules is to promote and regulate the financial aid that the Villargordo del Cabriel City Council will grant when it calls for proposals for the restoration and painting of the facades of homes and buildings preferably intended for habitual residence, second residence or business, located within the urban land, both of Villargordo and the Town of Contreras. Works whose license has been requested in the period between 01/01/2025 and the date on which the deadline for submitting applications established in the subsidy call ends are eligible for this call for subsidies. Eligible works are considered to be those intended for the strict works of façade repairs and painting with the indicative colors provided by the city council in Annex 4. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies through a competitive competition procedure for the treatment and beautification of facades of properties located in the urban centers of Villargordo del Cabriel in the year 2025 within the Aid Program "Let's Conserve Villargordo" through the competitive competition procedure, were approved on 07/11/2025 by Mayor's Resolution No. 2025-0318. Room. Amount of aid. During the 2025 budget year, the amount of €3,000.00 is allocated from item 1522.48000 to cover the subsidies of this call. The amount of the subsidy per beneficiary will be 50% of the budget for the material execution of the works, based on the prices established in Annex 3, and in accordance with the technical and economic report. In any case, the maximum amounts of the subsidy will be the following: • €500.00 per project, in the case of single-family homes. • €100.00 per home, in the case of communities of owners. If the façade has been cleaned and painted using its own means, a maximum of 50% will be subsidized based on the prices established in Annex 3 and up to a maximum of €250.00. In the event that the overall amount of the subsidies requested exceeds the budgetary allocation contemplated in the seventh base, the approved applications that remain in reserve status may be taken into account for the call for the following year. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications for subsidies under this call can be submitted within 30 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline is postponed until the next business day. The submission of applications will preferably be made through the electronic headquarters of the Villargordo del Cabriel City Council https://villargordodelcabriel.sedelectronica.es/info.0 or through any means established in Law 39/2015, of October 12, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
