Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Associations of university students, consumer and user cooperatives whose purpose is the transportation of university students, city councils and, subsidiarily, for those routes where none of these entities are present, permanent regular public transportation companies for general use may apply for these subsidies. Companies in crisis defined in the Community guidelines on state aid for rescuing and restructuring non-financial companies in crisis are excluded (OJEU C 249 of 31.07.2014). Second. Purpose To call, for the 2024-2025 academic year, subsidies for university transport in the Valencian Community, intended to contribute to the financing of the daily service of road transport routes for university students from towns far from university centers, to the campuses of Valencian public universities. Third. Regulatory bases Order 3/2019, of January 31, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for university transport in the Valencian Community published in DOGV number 8482, of 02/08/2019. Room. Amount A maximum global amount of 200,000 euros is allocated. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications 1. The deadline for submitting online applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the resolution of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. In the event that the applicant submits more than one application per route, the last one submitted will be considered valid. 2. The processing and presentation of the application will be carried out only by electronic means on the GVA processing platform.
