BDNS: 849879, 849880, 849881 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio) and in this BOJA. First. Call. 1. For the years 2025 and 2026, the granting of subsidies under line 2 provided for in article 1.2 b) of the Order of June 29, 2023, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for the promotion of self-employment in Andalusia, aimed at self-employed or self-employed persons included in the Special Regime of the Social Security of Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or, in the first contribution group of the Special Social Security Regime for Sea Workers, who are beneficiaries of the reduction provided for in section 1 of Article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, on the Statute of Self-Employed Work and who have started an economic or professional activity, with the specific obligation of uninterrupted maintenance of the status of self-employed worker for twelve months counting from the day of submission of the application. 2. Within line 2, the following measures will be eligible for subsidies, taking into account the target group: Measure a): Self-employed women under 35 years of age. Measure b): Self-employed men under 30 years of age. Measure c): Self-employed women aged 35 or over. Measure d): Self-employed men aged 30 or over. Second. Legal regime. Applications processed under this call will be governed in all aspects by the provisions of the Order of June 29, 2023. Third. Beneficiaries and requirements. 1. Self-employed workers who meet the requirements set out in article 5.1 may be beneficiaries of the line 2 subsidies called by this resolution. of the Order of June 29, 2023: a) Be registered in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers, or in the first contribution group of the Special Regime for Sea Workers, on the date of submission of the application. b) Be a beneficiary of the reduced quota regulated in section 1 of article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, General Subsidies. c) Develop your economic or professional activity in Andalusia. d) Have a feasibility plan for the projected activity on the date of submission of the application. The provisional income statement of the aforementioned plan must have a positive result before tax, greater than zero in all annuities. The requirements provided for in letters b) and c) must be met prior to issuing the granting resolution. 2. They may also be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in line 2, in accordance with the provisions of article 5.2. of the Order of June 29, 2023, self-employed or self-employed women who, being beneficiaries of the reduced quota regulated in section 1 of article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, have become beneficiaries of the bonus provided for in article 38 bis of Law 20/2007, of July 11, prior to the granting resolution being issued, provided that they meet the rest of the requirements provided for in letters a), c) and d) of the previous point and have not previously taken advantage of this line, as beneficiaries of the reduced quota provided for in section 1 of article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11. 3. Those who meet any of the following circumstances may not obtain the status of beneficiary: a) Those provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2023, of November 17, General Subsidies. b) Those provided for in article 116.2, 4 and 5 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Government of Andalusia, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2. In accordance with the provisions of article 7.2 of the Order of June 29, 2023, the amount of the subsidy will be a flat-rate amount between 2,000 euros and 5,500 euros, taking into account the group of people
