Extract from Decree No. 2887 dated August 4, 2025 of the Mayor's Office-Presidency, which approves the regulatory bases and call for aid, competitive competition regime, rental aid for the location in the municipality of Alcalá la Real of new business/professional initiatives during the period 2024 and 2025, generating employment (File 4441/2025) FIRST.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the subsidies charged to this call, in accordance with the requirements and conditions established in these Bases, may be natural or legal persons who meet the following conditions: - Newly created companies, and those already existing that expand their corporate purpose to new activities. - Self-employed people who start their activity. - The new company, or new activity launched by an existing company, will necessarily entail the creation of at least one full-time job throughout the year, the owner of the business not being counted as a created job in the case of rental of industrial warehouses, the latter requirement not being required in the case of rental of commercial premises in the urban area of ​​Alcalá la Real and its villages, which will be sufficient with the creation of employment for the owner of the business. The following are EXCLUDED as beneficiaries: a) Public capital entities and public administrations. b) Associations, foundations and other non-profit entities. c) Transfers from the historic center or villages to another place that entail closure of the first establishment (other than openings of second or successive establishments). SECOND.- Purpose These subsidies are intended to subsidize the costs of renting property for companies and/or self-employed workers who start an activity in the Alcalá la Real municipality and provided that it entails the creation of employment and has the purpose: 1.- The start of a new business or professional activity in a commercial premises or industrial warehouse by existing companies and/or professionals. 2.- The installation of new companies or professionals. The purpose of the rental will be properties located in the urban center of Alcalá la Real and its villages or in industrial warehouses in the industrial estates of the municipality of Alcalá la Real. THIRD.- Regulatory bases The bases applicable to this call appear on the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/, on its website https://alcalalareal.es/ and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and in the link https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/doc/56KNSPRQL3MX4Y69N63JQJ3X3/.13 FOURTH.- Amount The budget allocation for the aid regulated in these Rules will be a maximum global amount of thirty thousand euros (€30,000.00), charged to budget application 433 47900. called Rental and Internationalization Subsidy companies of the 2025 Expenditure Budget. If there are more requests than budget, the budget item may be expanded. The maximum amount of the subsidy that can be granted to each applicant, within the amount called, is established based on the rental cost of the property and two categories are established: 1. Industrial Warehouses. The maximum limit of the subsidy per company will be €1.00/m² with a maximum square meter limit for this category of 500 m² and for a maximum of 6 months regardless of the start date of the contract, which must always be between October 1, 2024 and until September 30, 2025. Maximum amount of aid €3,000. 2. Commercial Premises. Commercial premises are only allowed in the urban area of ​​Alcalá la Real and its villages. The fixed amount of €7.50/m² is established with a limit of €375/month per company/self-employed person and for a maximum of 6 months, in the case of commercial premises. Maximum amount of aid €2,250, regardless of the start date of the contract, which must always be between October 1, 2024 and until September 30, 2025. FIFTH.- Deadline and place for submitting applications. The subsidy application will be made using the standardized model attached in ANNEX I, which can be downloaded from the Alcalá la Real City Council website: www.alcalalareal.es.
