Official description of the call

BDNS(Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias. It is available at the web address https://institutdelesdones.gva.es/es/ First. Beneficiaries 1. They may access the status of beneficiaries: a) For TYPE 1 programs: Associations or non-profit entities whose purposes include the promotion and encouragement of equal opportunities between women and men. For this type of program, any women's association that certifies that at least 90% of the members are women may also be beneficiaries, even if they do not meet the previous requirement. b) For TYPE 2 programs: Associations or non-profit entities that have among their purposes the promotion and promotion of equal opportunities between women and men and private companies and entities with their own and independent legal personality. 2. To participate in the corresponding calls, the beneficiary entities and associations must meet the following requirements: a) Have their registered office in the Valencian Community. b) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry. c) Not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Second. Object 1. Non-profit entities that have among their purposes the promotion and encouragement of equal opportunities between women and men will only be eligible for a single type of project. 2. The following types of projects will be subject to subsidy depending on the beneficiary entities and the object: A) Type 1 Projects: Programs to promote women's associations. It will consist of projects related to territorial meetings between different women's associations, with the aim of promoting, promoting and strengthening the women's associative fabric, the exchange of experiences, intergenerational pacts and the coordination of the women's associative movement of the Valencian Community. These meetings must consist of activities aimed at promoting equality between women and men and will be held in the Valencian Community. B) Type 2 Projects: Programs to promote and encourage equal opportunities between women and men. In this sense, projects framed in the following areas are distinguished: - Equality between women and men in the educational, cultural and artistic field: It will consist of educational projects that include actions that promote respect for fundamental rights and freedoms and equality between women and men, the promotion of equality and visibility of women in artistic, craft, cultural production and the promotion of STEAM subjects in the educational and scientific field. - Equality between women and men in the workplace and in female leadership: It will consist of projects that include actions that promote women's entrepreneurship and leadership, as well as support in the creation of networks of businesswomen and the promotion of STEAM professions. - Equality between women and men in the field of health: It will consist of projects that include actions that promote equal opportunities in women's health and the prevention of specific diseases of women. - Equality between women and men in the field of sport: It will consist of projects that include actions that aim to promote and increase female participation in all areas of sport, as well as the visibility and promotion of women's sport. - Equality between women and men in rural areas: It will consist of projects that include actions that aim to improve the educational and training level of women in rural areas, and boost the female business network in rural areas, as well as access to information and communication technologies for women in rural areas. - Promotion of equality and prevention of violence against women: It will consist of projects to raise awareness and prevent the different forms of violence against women, in order to prevent violence against women.
