Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid are the intersectoral and sectoral entities included in article 12 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks with tax domicile in the Region of Murcia, which are legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry of the Region of Murcia. Entities and organizations in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 occur may not obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies. and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of subsidies. Second. Purpose Establish the procedure for granting subsidies, on a competitive basis, for carrying out activities in the field of occupational risk prevention, in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention, to promote the improvement of health and safety conditions at work, especially in small companies, through the following lines of action: - Axis 1: Dissemination and information. It seeks to disseminate among workers and employers the principles of preventive action against occupational risks or the specific rules for the application of such principles - Axis 2: Technical assistance. It is aimed at the study and resolution of problems derived from the practical and material application of preventive actions. -Axis 3: Training. It will consist of the design of the methods and content of programs that could be taught in sectors and subsectors of productive activity, especially in those whose structure is fundamentally made up of small companies. - Axis 4: Promotion of compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention. Aimed at promoting knowledge and application by employers and workers of the legal, regulatory and conventional provisions regarding the prevention of occupational risks, especially through mechanisms and instruments developed in the sectoral and territorial areas of productive activity. Third. Regulatory bases Order of November 8, 2023 of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Employment approving the regulatory bases of subsidies aimed at workers and small businesses for the promotion of activities in the field of occupational risk prevention (BORM no. 262, of November 13, 2023), modified by Order of November 11, 2024 of the Ministry of Business, Employment and Social Economy (BORM no. 264, of November 13) Fourth. Amount The initial credit available to cover this aid will be €481,848.41 (Four hundred and eighty-one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight euros and forty-one cents), being financed entirely with state funds. Intersectoral entities may submit a single comprehensive application for the proposed intersectoral activity, for a maximum amount of 240,000.00 euros. Sectoral entities may submit a single comprehensive application for the proposed sectoral activity, for a maximum amount of 20,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, ending on October 15, 2025. Sixth. Other information The procedure for granting subsidies will be competitive.
