Official description of the call

Procedures and services guide number Autonomous Community Region of Murcia: 1309 BDNS (Identif.): 859259 First. Beneficiaries: Associations of people with disabilities that meet the following requirements may apply for subsidies in this call, which will be accredited with the documents referred to in article 5 of this Order: 1.- The Association must be registered in the Registry of Associations of the Region of Murcia. 2.- Have its open headquarters or permanent delegation within the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. 3.- Have labor insertion/integration, training and personal autonomy as objectives reflected in its Statutes. 4.-Have registered users in the Association who meet the following requirements: a) People over 16 years of age with intellectual disabilities and/or cerebral palsy equal to or greater than 33%. b) Be in a work placement or job insertion/integration course, training and personal autonomy. 5.-Have job coaches with an employment contract or professionals linked to job insertion/integration, training and personal autonomy programs. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis, intended to finance public transport of travelers to people with intellectual disabilities equal to or greater than 33% and professionals, both belonging to Associations of People with disabilities within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, for journeys related to job insertion/integration programs, training and personal autonomy. The eligible period covers from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Third: Regulatory bases: Order of June 5, 2025 of the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for the financing of public transport of passengers to people with intellectual disabilities or greater than 33% and professionals, both belonging to Associations of People with disability within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. (BORM no. 139, June 19, 2025). Room. Amount: 1.- The amount of expenditure authorized for the granting of subsidies in this call amounts to €20,000.00, charged to budget item 14.04.00.513A.481.99, project 43933, subproject 043933250011, in accordance with the following specifications: 2025: €10,000.00 2026: €10,000.00 Total: €20,000.00 2.- Subsidies will be granted until the authorized expenditure is exhausted. 3.- The subsidy will be for a maximum amount of €3,000.00 per Association. 4.- The competent body will proportionally distribute the maximum amount of credit available among the applicant associations that meet the requirements of article 4, depending on the number of points obtained by each of them. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the day following the publication of the extract of the Order calling for the subsidy in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. Sixth. Application evaluation criteria: The evaluation of the submitted applications will be done objectively according to the scoring scale defined in this article, according to the following criteria: 1.- Number of users over 16 years of age with an intellectual disability equal to or greater than 33% who take journeys related to job insertion/integration programs, training and personal autonomy (one point for each user with a maximum of 15 points). 2.-Number of professionals that the Association has hired as job trainers or professionals linked to job insertion/integration training and personal autonomy programs (one point for each professional or trainer, with a maximum of 5 points). Seventh. Deadline and form of justification and method of payment: 1.- The payment of the subsidy will be made as follows: a) 50% of the subsidy granted will be paid in advance, on account of the final settlement. Said settlement will be carried out within the first quarter of the year 2026. b) Within the first quarter of the year 2026, the remaining amount will be paid, after justification of the entire subsidy by the Association, until the total justified amount is completed. 2.- The beneficiary associations must present to the Directorate
