ANNUAL CALL FOR THE GRANT OF FINANCIAL AID TO COEXISTENCE CLUBS 2025, PROGRAM FOR THE PREVENTION AND PROMOTION OF PERSONAL AUTONOMY OF THE LA SERRANÍA COMMUNITY. 1. OBJECT. Nominative subsidies are granted to support the implementation of projects and activities open to the general public, of the associations and clubs of retirees of the municipalities of the Mancomunidad la Serranía, for social, festive, cultural purposes, as well as the occupation of free time and leisure, within the scope of the Commonwealth and included in the Strategic Subsidies Plan 2024-2027. In line with the above, and with such purposes being the responsibility of the Commonwealth, it is also the task of ensuring the proper functioning of the centers for the elderly in the municipalities that make up the Commonwealth and the carrying out of sociocultural activities aimed at promoting the community integration of this group. 2. REQUIREMENTS. To qualify as a beneficiary of the subsidy, you must be in the situation that grounds its granting or the circumstances provided for this must exist and not incur any of the prohibitions to be a beneficiary, established in article 13 of the LGS, including the prohibition of being up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. The necessary requirements to be a beneficiary of the subsidy must be maintained throughout the duration of the concession. It will be the obligation of the beneficiary to communicate to the granting local entity any variation that occurs in their situation that may affect their status as beneficiary of the subsidy. Likewise, it will communicate any variation in its representatives due to a change in the board or presidency. It must be a non-profit association, understood as such that the association's money must be allocated exclusively to the performance of the purposes established in the statutes (art. 10 of Law 14/2008, of Associations of the Valencian Community). 3. APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION. To request this aid, an agreement will be signed between the applicant association or retiree club and this Commonwealth, providing the required documentation in reference to the association and its purposes, as well as being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and not being subject to any of the cases of prohibition to hold the status of beneficiary provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The documentation to be provided will be the following: • Founding document. • Statutes. • Registration in the register of Associations of the Valencian Community. • CIF of the association. • Application. • Responsible declaration of being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations (Annex I). • Declaration responsible for fulfilling the condition of beneficiary (Annex II). • Responsible declaration of not receiving other subsidies of the same nature (Annex III). • Direct debit model. • And subsequently signs the Agreement. 4. TERM AND JUSTIFICATION OF THE SUBSIDY. The beneficiary entity must justify the performance of the subsidized activity by presenting a supporting report that must include an action report and another financial report, accompanied by invoices for the expenses incurred, in a standardized model, Annex IV, up to and including the deadline of November 30, 2025. The lack of justification or insufficient or inadequate justification will lead to the loss of the right to receive the subsidy.
