(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/860938) The codes assigned by the National Subsidies Database correspond to the same call text. First: Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of these subsidies will be natural persons, including those who are part of an entity without legal personality, who establish themselves on their own account and have registered as self-employed in the RETA or in the Mutuality of a Professional Association, starting an economic activity on their own, between November 16, 2024 and April 15, 2026, both inclusive. The work center must be established in one of the municipalities included in the final delimitation of the Just Transition Agreements defined in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León: Bierzo-Laciana, Guardo-Velilla, and Montaña Central Leonesa-La Robla: Second: Purpose. Promote self-employment in the just transition zones of León and Palencia. Third: Regulatory Bases ORDER IEM/1049/2023, of August 24, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies aimed at promoting self-employment, within the framework of the Just Transition Fund Program of Spain 2021-2027, in the just transition zones of León and Palencia (BOCYL no. 168 of September 1, 2023). Fourth: Amount. The maximum amount of the subsidy will be calculated based on whether the applicant proves the completion of all or some of the following eligible actions: If they prove the start of a self-employed economic activity, the amount of the subsidy will be €13,000. This amount may be increased if any of the circumstances indicated in the regulatory bases occur with membership in certain groups: with an amount of €1,000 or €2,600. In the event that the accreditation refers to the contracting of external services to improve the development of economic activity, it will be subsidized with 75% of the real cost of the services provided, VAT excluded, with a maximum of €2,000. The accreditation of training courses will be subsidized with 75% of the actual cost of the training received, VAT excluded, with a maximum of €2,400. Fifth: Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be extended from October 14, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
