Official description of the call
Article 1. Object. 1. Call, on a competitive basis, for the XIV edition of the Drawing Contest of the Region of Murcia “My town, Europe”, in order to promote and encourage knowledge of the European Union among schoolchildren, awarding prizes in the following categories: - First.- Early Childhood Education. - Second.-1st and 2nd of Primary Education. - Third.- 3rd and 4th years of Primary Education. - Fourth.- 5th and 6th years of Primary Education. 2. In each of the categories, a first, second and third prize will be awarded and a prize will be awarded to students with special educational needs (ACNEE). Article 2. Beneficiaries Schoolchildren enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year, at the levels of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education, from any public, private or subsidized school center in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia may participate in this call. Article 3. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases approved by Order of July 7, 2016, of the Ministry of the Presidency (BORM, no. 174, of July 28, 2016). Article 4. Amount 1. The granting of the prizes object of this call is configured as aid in kind in accordance with the provisions of Additional Provision 5, sections 2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, being in all cases conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit. 2. The prize is financed from the credit provided for in budget item 11.06.00.126E.489.01, project 42526 “My town, Europe” competition awards, of the corresponding General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, for the year 2025, whose maximum global amount is 2,500.00 euros. Article 5. Deadline for submission and applications. 1. The request for participation will be made by the director of the center using the form available through the online procedure enabled at the CARM electronic headquarters, procedure code 483 ('My Town, Europe' children's drawing contest - SIA code 206744-), attaching the scanned works in color at the maximum resolution in PDF format (5MB maximum). A file must be sent for each category in which one participates, named and identified as follows: “Name of the Center_Curso_Categoría.pdf”. 2. The drawings selected by the center must also be submitted in original format to the General Directorate of the European Union-Europe Direct Center Region of Murcia, located at Calle Sagasta, 27. 30005 Murcia. The shipment may also be made through the registries or offices referred to in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, bag No. 1. In the document by which they are presented, in these registries or offices, mention will be made of the proof of confirmation of the electronic receipt of the registration application. 3. The deadline for submitting the application for registration as well as the drawings selected by the schools will be one month from the month following the publication of the extract of the Order in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.
