Official description of the call
EXTRACT from the Resolution of October 15, 2025, of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment by which the awards for the promotion of academic excellence are announced for people who have completed, during the academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, degree studies in the public universities that are members of the Valencian University System and degree studies in artistic education in centers assigned to the Higher Institute of Artistic Education of the Valencian Community. First. Beneficiaries 1. Those students included in the following sections may be beneficiaries of the awards for academic excellence: a) Students who have completed their degree studies at the public universities of the Valencian Community and in their public centers assigned to the academic courses established in this call. b) The students who have completed their degree studies in higher artistic education in the centers attached to the ISEACV in the academic courses established in this call. 2. Said students must meet the requirements contained in this resolution and will be evaluated in accordance with the assessment criteria established therein. Second. Object 1. Announce awards for the promotion of academic excellence aimed at people who have completed, during the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 academic years, degree studies in the public universities that are members of the Valencian University System, and degree studies in artistic education in centers attached to the Higher Institute of Artistic Education of the Valencian Community (hereinafter, ISEACV). 2. The awards will consist of a financial award assigned in accordance with the procedure provided for in the sixth base of the Order of regulatory bases for excellence awards, among the people who accredit the best academic records among the official degree degrees taught by each of the public universities, and in each of the degrees taught in each center, in the five modalities of higher artistic education: Dramatic Art, Plastic Arts (ceramics), Dance, Design and Music. 3. Likewise, a diploma accrediting academic excellence will be issued. 4. The amount of the prize will have an individualized amount of €3,000. Third. Regulatory bases Order 12/2022, of August 24, of the Department of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of academic excellence awards for degree studies published in DOCV no. 9421, dated 09/06/2022. Room. Amount A maximum global amount of 1,600,000 euros (one million six hundred thousand euros) is allocated from the budget application G01090301.422E00.4, line S1630 "Excellence Awards for students in higher degree university and artistic education." Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications The deadline for submission of beneficiary proposals by the public universities of the Valencian Community and the ISEACV will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. The presentation of the documentation by the ISEACV and each of the universities will be carried out through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat, through the electronic procedure called “Awards for the promotion of academic excellence intended for people who have completed, during the academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, degree studies in the public universities that are members of the Valencian University System, and degree studies in artistic education in centers attached to the Higher Institute of Artistic Education of the Valencian Community” through the following link: https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=22844&version=amp. Likewise, said documentation may be presented in any of the registries provided for in the current law regarding common administrative procedures of public administrations.
