Official description of the call
First. Object and purpose The selection procedure for a collaborating entity to act in the name and on behalf of the Andújar City Council in the management of aid aimed at the training and hiring of young people up to 35 years of age as personnel in the construction sector in companies located in the municipality is called for the year 2025. The purpose of the call is to promote job placement and improve the professional qualifications of young people, as well as support the local construction sector. The maximum total amount of the program amounts to 40,000 euros charged to the 2025 Municipal Budget. Second. Beneficiaries Associations or non-profit entities representing the construction sector in the municipality of Andújar may attend, which meet the following requirements: - Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Andújar City Council. - Have its own legal personality and full capacity to act. - Prove technical and economic solvency, as well as experience in the field of the construction sector, vocational training or employment promotion. - Have sufficient personal, material and technological means to manage the aid. - Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. - Not be subject to the prohibitions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Third. Selection procedureThe selection will be carried out on a competitive basis, in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination, applying the evaluation criteria provided for in the regulatory bases. Room. Applications and submission periodThe applications, addressed to the Mayor-President, will be submitted preferably through the Electronic Registry of the Andújar City Council (https://andujar.es), or in any of the places provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The submission period will be ten (10) business days, counted from the following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén and in the municipal electronic headquarters. Fifth. Legal regimeThe call is governed by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves its Regulations; the applicable regional regulations; the Bases for Execution of the Municipal Budget; the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Andújar City Council (BOP no. 98, of April 30, 2005); and the bases of the call.
