Business sector and agri-food chain", under the Order of April 24, 2025, of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of incentives for the efficient use of energy in Andalusia, in accordance with the material, territorial and functional scope detailed in the second, third and fourth resolutions. 2. This call is articulated through subsidies to be awarded through the non-competitive competition procedure. Second. Third. Object and material scope of the call 1. This call is directed to the eligible concepts that fall under "Program 2. Business sector and agri-food chain" of the Order of April 24, 2025, of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines, which covers the types of actions that are related below: Type 2.1- Energy efficiency in buildings. Type 2.2.- Renewable energies in buildings. Type 2.3.- Energy efficiency in processes and facilities. Type 2.4.- Renewable energies in processes and facilities. 2. The eligible application costs will be those established in Annex II Catalog of actions of the Order of April 24, 2025, of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines, for each of the types of actions listed above. In any case, the concepts of investment and expenditure will be those provided for in section 5.b).1º of the Summary Table of the aforementioned order. Room. Beneficiary persons and entities 1. The persons or entities that may request the incentives under this call, in accordance with the provisions of the third section of the first additional provision and in section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of the Order of April 24, 2025, of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines, are the following: carry out an economic activity by which they offer goods or services in the market, including energy services companies (ESC). b) Renewable energy communities or citizen energy communities whose members carry out economic activity through which they offer goods or services in the market. c) Communities of owners, regulated by Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property, that carry out an economic activity by which they offer goods or services on the market. 2. For the persons or entities included in section 1, their economic activities must fall within any of the CNAE codes 2009 and 2025, except those included in Annex III of this call and those associated with the CNAE codes of the sectors and activities excluded from the scope of application of the regulatory bases covered by this call, referred to in article 3 of the Order of April 24, 2025.
