Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. 1.- The following may be beneficiaries of this subsidy: A.) Non-profit associations legally constituted in accordance with Law 7/2007, of June 22, on associations in the Basque Country and registered in the General Registry of Associations of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country and whose domicile and headquarters are located in the municipality of Berantevilla. B.) Sports Clubs legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Basque Country, whose domicile and headquarters are located in the municipality of Berantevilla. C.) The Councils that make up the municipal area of Berantevilla. 2.- The scope of action of all beneficiary entities must be the municipal area of Berantevilla. 3.- To participate in the public call for subsidies, the applicant entities must be up to date with their fiscal and tax obligations, with the Social Security and Berantevilla City Council. This circumstance must occur at the time of submission of the application and remain in force throughout the processing procedure, that is, granting, recognition of the obligation and payment. 4.- Those entities that prevent the presence and/or participation of women or men, in terms of equality in their organization and programming of activities, will not be able to access the status of beneficiary entity of subsidies. 5.- They will not have the status of beneficiaries, in those who meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Second.- Object 1.- The purpose of the subsidy is to promote culture and sports in the municipality of Berantevilla, specifically, those that affect the following areas: Promotion of social well-being in the municipality. Promotion of the use of Basque. Promotion of joint participation of the population. Promotion of sports Promotion of equal opportunities between men and women Promotion of the recovery of popular traditions of the municipality. Promotion of environmental protection. Promotion of culture. 2.- The following activities may be subsidized: Rental of facilities Activity-specific insurance Transportation for excursions Tickets to sporting and/or cultural events and museums. Musical, theatrical performances and exhibitions Monitors, specialized guides and referees Registration in sports competitions and federation fees. Acquisition and repair of inventory material Acquisition of material for a medical kit Acquisition of trophies Non-inventory sports equipment 3.- The following will not be eligible for subsidies: Specific activities that are subsidized within the patron saint's day festival program or within agreements between the City Council and the requesting entity. Expenses caused by food and diets. The material expenses derived from the internal functioning and management of the association nor from the advertising corresponding to the dissemination of the activities. Travel expenses to training locations or regular performance of the activity. 4.- In this call, expenses incurred between January 1 and October 31, 2025 will be eligible for subsidies. The granting of the aid contemplated in this call will be subject to the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources. Third.- Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Regulatory Ordinance of the bases for the granting of subsidies to associations, sports clubs and administrative boards of the municipality of Berantevilla for carrying out actions for the promotion of culture and sports (BOTHA No. 117 of October 15, 2025). Fourth.- Amount of aid. The budget appropriations and the maximum amount to which the subsidy is allocated are as follows: BUDGET APPLICATION APPROVED AMOUNT 341,434,000 – Administrative Boards - culture 1,000.00 euros 341,481,000 – Sports associations 3,000.00 euros Fifth.- Application submission deadline.
