Official description of the call
Call for Subsidies in advance processing from the Area of Equality, Social Policies and Youth of the Provincial Council of Jaén for the financial year 2026 to Town Councils with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants in matters of Equality, Social Welfare and Youth. First.-Beneficiaries Town councils with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Jaén. Second.-Object. Subsidies to Town Councils in the province of Jaén with less than 20,000 inhabitants to request subsidies in matters of Equality, Social Welfare and Youth, under a non-competitive competition regime, for the following line of action: F) Maintenance of Municipal Day Centers for the Elderly. Third.-Regulatory bases. Regulatory ordinance for granting subsidies from the Equality and Social Welfare Area of the Provincial Council of Jaén (BOP number 44, of March 5, 2018). Fourth.- Amounts and Amounts to request. - Total amount: 100,000.00 euros. Fifth.-Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications, in accordance with Annex I, will be 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén. If the last day of submission is a non-business day, the period will end on the next business day. Sixth.-Other data of interest. - Applications for any of the lines in which there is no Technical Viability Report (Annex III) favorable to the action to be subsidized by the Directorate of the Center for Community Social Services may not be subject to subsidy. -Requests: The presentation will be made through the electronic headquarters of the Jaén Provincial Council which is located at the address https://sede.dipujaen.es/AyudaSubvenciones. - Compatibility with other subsidies: Yes. -Documentation: The annexes to the call will be published on the Provincial Council website at the following link: http://www.dipujaen.es and at https://sede.dipujaen.es. -Payment method: Payment of the subsidy will be made in advance. -Form of justification: the justification will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the Ordinance. -Maximum period for justification: April 30, 2027.
