Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/872147) First. Beneficiaries. The insertion companies that, meeting the requirements specifically provided for in Order EDE/63/2025, of October 13, for each type of subsidy and within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, carry out actions for the subsidy for the creation and maintenance of employment for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion, provided for in Program I, Section 1, ª of Chapter II of the Order, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies that are called by means of this Resolution. EDE/63/2025, of October 13, that create or maintain jobs for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion under the terms and with the limitations established in said Program and Section. Second. Object. Granting of subsidies for the creation and maintenance of jobs for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion in integration companies, within the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Third. Regulatory bases. Order EDE/63/2025, of October 13, of the Ministry of Education and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the integration of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion in integration companies in the area of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. (Official Gazette of La Rioja number 201, of October 16, 2025). Room. Amount. In this call, the expenditure in the amount of sixty-five thousand euros (€65,000) is approved to cover the subsidies intended for the creation and maintenance of jobs for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion in insertion companies, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja for the amount and charged to each of the items of the Expenditure Budget of the Ministry of Education and Employment, distributed by annuities, which are detailed below: BUDGET NAME BUDGET ITEM CREDIT 2025 CREDIT 2026 Labor inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion 2025/08.08.2411.470.08 €35,000 €10,000 Program Labor inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion program 2025/08.08.2411.480.11 €10,000 €10,000 In accordance with the provisions of article 23 ter. of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, regulating the legal regime of subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, this distribution is estimated. In accordance with article 16.4 of Law 5/2024, of December 27, on the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for the year 2025, the alteration of said distribution will not require new prior authorization from the Government Council. The definitive distribution of the budget credits may proceed and said alteration will not require a new call although it will require, where appropriate, budget modifications prior to the granting resolution. The granting of these subsidies will be subject, in any case, to the existence of available budgetary credit. In accordance with article 30.4 of the Order, subsidies may not be granted for an amount greater than the maximum total amount established in the call. Once the existing budget credit has been exhausted, subsidies that cannot be met due to lack of budget availability will be denied. Applications that, within the scope of one call, are denied due to lack of credit, will not be eligible, if applicable, in subsequent calls. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadlines for submitting applications for the granting, justification and payment of the different types of subsidies, in accordance with article 36 of the Order, are as follows: 1. For the subsidy for the creation and maintenance of employment for people in a situation or risk of social exclusion: they will be requested in quarters in arrears, said quarters being those between July 1, 2024 and December 30, 2025.
