Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Private for-profit entities may be beneficiaries, including entities dependent on local, regional or state entities, as well as professionals registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers. Second.- Object The promotion of cultural activity in rural areas of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, especially in small municipalities, financing a very varied typology of projects and activities. The granting of subsidies will be processed through the ordinary procedure under a competitive competition regime. Applicant entities may only submit a single Third Party application. - Regulatory Bases Order CTD/71/2025, of November 11, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting cultural activity in rural areas of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja Cuarto. - Amount The expense for the financing of these aid amounts to a total amount of seventy thousand seventy-eight euros and ninety-nine cents (70,078.99.- €), allocated to the following budget item: 2025/070201.3311.470.00….……………………………..…………………………………… 70,078.99 euros The amount of these subsidies, which are will be awarded on a competitive basis, may not be less than 10,000 euros, nor exceed the equivalent of 80% of the budget for which they are allocated, and may reach a maximum amount of 25,000 euros. Regardless of the total cost of the proposal presented, the minimum amount of eligible expenses must amount to 25,000 euros and the maximum to be taken into account will be 31,250 euros. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is five business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the resolution calling for this subsidy in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Applications: The submission of applications will be carried out exclusively electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja, in the Electronic Office section, Culture Thematic Area (https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=25751), in accordance with article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Documentation: That provided for in the fifth section of Resolution 237/2025, of December 3, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which approves the call for subsidies for the promotion of cultural activity in rural areas of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, intended for private for-profit entities and professionals Justification: the justification of the expense derived from the subsidized interventions must be presented exclusively electronically from the procedure initiated with the request, and in accordance with the provisions of Order CTD/71/2025, of November 11, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting cultural activity in rural areas of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. To be a beneficiary of these subsidies, it is an essential requirement to state in all information, advertising and publication that the activity is subsidized by the Government of La Rioja, as established in Order CTD/71/2025, of November 11, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting cultural activity in rural areas of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. The deadline for submitting supporting documentation will end on September 15, 2026.
